It is a beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious and we received great service. We loved the pool area, it was beautiful and well maintained. The beach area, was not so nice. It was kind of rough and I thought dangerous. I was expecting something like the San Juan Hilton beach. Other than that, everything else in the hotel was excellent.

Best location for that area, and I'll guess the best hotel. We were in a junior suite, it was older style but nicely updated. We ate in the wine room of the restaurant in the hotel, it was very good and reasonable compared to mainland US. If back in the area, will stay there again.

Good morning. I ended the stay. Only the elevator was a bit slow or the demand for them was too big. The service to enter the room was good. I found clean sheets and clean trash bins. Respect for personal items. Excellent lobby and Hard Rock Cafe food and music except for the pool The suggestion should be for children, such as swings, some chorreras with entertainment will be the perfect playground. Thank you very much, recommend.

When we arrived to check in we were given a room that the bed was so worned out, we couldn't believe this room was assigned to us. My husband went to the lobby and told the receptionist and she placed us in another room that was much better, the bed was comfortable. We cant emphasize enough the need in these days that every rooms need a small refrigerator and a microwave. We appreciated the elegance of your Lobby and the very good service & good meal at the restaurant (B) at the Melia. This place, is a hotel not a motel, treat it like wise. I liked the part of the privacy feeling because I'm that kind of person, though I wanted a space for me on my own to change the daily routine of work. I was invited to a baby shower party in the south part of the island and I live in a city in the north part, so I was not driving back at night that distance for my security. I enjoyed the weather it's very cool. I'll book there again any other time.
