Myself and my partner stayed for 3 nights in June to visit Pompei, Herculaneum, and Vesuvius. We arrived quite late in the night, but still we're greeted warmly and shown everything we needed. The location is excellent, being a very short walk from the Pompei site and train station for access to Herculaneum & Vesuvius. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The AC was a god send as it was 37 degrees durning our stay! Something I personally find very important is the shower, especially after a long day in the heat. The shower had very good water pressure, was always warm, and soft towels were provided too. Antonio was incredibly helpful and accommodating, offering to make us dinner and providing us with answers to our endless questions. The rooms are quaint and comfortable, there is a covered outdoor area where you can eat or have a beer which are available for very reasonable prices.

Let's begin.... AC does not work. The owner acts as though he is of above intelligence and equally above anyone that would rent from him. Can't have food in your room in case you're naughty! The breakfast is a bland joke at best. MOST IMPORTANTLY, the shower sprays the walls. Not your person! Add that with the non working AC and a decent night sleep that is definitely null as you're trying to rest on a concrete mattress and you're left with money spent on a room that essentially is not air conditioned, does not have a working shower, and a bed for pigeons rented by a narcissist! Spending a month in Italy with numerous accommodations some are so so and some are excellent. This one is by far the worst!

Pros -- Location is great, right next to entrance to Pompei ruins Cons -- Owner didn't live there, which means we had to carefully coordinate arrival time, and couldn't even leave our luggage at the hotel so we could leave and tour Pompeii. -- Bathroom was tiny even for Italy, didn't have shampoo. Towels were not clean. We had to skip showering for that night. -- Room was tiny, couldn't even have space to open up our luggage fully.

Posizione strategica x chi vuole visitare gli scavi e ammirare il santuario di pompei. Facile da raggiungere. Anche per raggiungere castellammare e la stessa Napoli. Posto accogliente.Antonio ottimo padrone di casa. Gentilezza e cortesia al top.

Abbiamo dormito una notte in questo B & B per andare a vedere il parco archeologico. Sicuramente ottima la posizione, si arriva a piedi all'ingresso principale degli scavi. Il gestore molto gentile. Ma sinceramente ci aspettavamo meglio, viste le recensioni precedenti. Le camere sono abbastanza pulite, ma una aveva un bagno così piccolo che se dovevi lavarti le mani dovevi entrare e chiudere la porta. Altra camera con finestra sulla strada con molto traffico anche nella notte. Parlare di colazione è un pò troppo, buono il caffe fatto con la moka, ma chiedere un fornello normale con riduttore è troppo? Fette di colomba come colazione? Comunque c'erano anche succhi. Insomma, sicuramente da migliorare.
