The communication was great and entry was easy. The property is in a good location, walkable to Pompeii, downtown, shopping and a children’s mini arcade. The bed was comfortable. You can hear your neighbors music, talking and partying. The outdoor space is nice. The parking is public not private and you have to pay.

Great location. Very clean and spacious room with an awesome view of Mt. Vesuvius as a backdrop. Each room is equipped with a small safe, a mini fridge and a kettle. Our family spent New Year's Day weekend there. We were even gifted a bottle of wine on new years eve. Hosts are very responsive with any questions or requests. We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Pompeii.

Good location for Pompeii ruins and good transport links to Sorrento, Naples and Rome. The hotel was clean and staff easily contactable by social media. There is a lovely view of Vesuvius along the corridor leading to the receprion area. Our room had lots of storage. However, some maintainence is needed. Our window shutters would not stay open (and were in need of some repair) so we had to sit in a dark room, since it was autumn and got dark at 6pm this was not too bad, in summer would not be good. Our patio area was just a section of the main reception patio and so not private. Breakfast is a drink and pastry from the shop below, probably cheaper to buy yourself as 2 out of the 3 mornings there were no seats so we just had the pastry as a takeaway and got tea in our room. Would we go again, no we would book elsewhere and would probably stay in Sorrento and get the train to Pompeii for 5 euros.

I chose this hotel for the location, the modern and stylish decor and the terrace. Location is a short 650metre walk from the train station and is less than 5 minutes from one of the entrances to the ruins and the the beautiful sanctuary. The terrace had views of Mount Vesuvius which was awesome and you can also see the Cypress tree lined walkway into the ruins. Plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. We were given a voucher for the amazing Pasticcheria located on the street below the hotel and the pastries are incredible. You have a choce and you can get whatever you want but if you go over the limit you can pay the difference. We did not have to pay extra. There is no manned reception so it's good to let them know your arrival time so that you can be checked in. Check out was simple you just leave the keys in the room and go. We arrived early before normal check in time but were able to leave our bags with Miss Giovanna who cleans the rooms and she was so pleasant. You can communicate with Whatsapp if you need anything very easily. The room was very comfortable and there was a kettle and tea and biscuits provided. A few things for purchase in the mini bar if you want them. Just leave the money in the room when checking out if no one is there. We enjoyed our stay and Pompeii is a lovely little town and the ruins are exceptional. I would like to have had more time there.

Great location. Loved the terrace. Downside was street noise until very late at night. Air conditioner didn’t work so had to sleep with windows open and ear plugs. Would stay there again during warm weather only if air conditioner was guaranteed to be functional.

This property is very beautifuly updated. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was beautiful and very large. The staff on the property were so friendly and helpful with any of our needs. We did not have a car and this is within walking distance from the train station and walking distance to the entrance of the Pompeii sites. Our only regret was that we only stayed one night. Highly recommend!

Casa Pacifico is a beautiful B&B located right in the heart of Pompei with almost doorstep access to the back entrance of the archaeological park. The space was ample, very clean, and easy to find. Would only not recommend for those with mobility issues as there is no lift and its' on the second floor - but otherwise an amazing place and would book again in a heartbeat!

The property is located within minutes of the alternate entry to Pompei. The room 203, was in a corner position with two large windows. Outside there was a small courtyard. The room had a full shower and a bathtub. We had breakfast vouchers provided to us and ate in the patisserie downstairs - De Vivo, which was unbelievably good. The host - Filipo was very quick to reply to any questions we had. The only issue for us as we get older is that there are four flights of stairs to get to the rooms. There is no lift, so we had to carry our luggage up and down ourselves.
