Why didn't trip.com tell me there's no hot water. I called amenities 2 times they didn't respond. I didn't take a shower. When I came to the room it was so cold.
I would demand refund some money because no hot water.
The cleanliness is ok, WiFi works perfect.

My companion's schedule suddenly changed while I was there, so I made a reservation but couldn't stay there. However, if I get the chance next time, I definitely want to go there!!

A lot of information is missing or false from the property description. Due to the staff and website misinformation, we ended up paying extra for transportation and breakfast.
Starting fee is $25 Euro for taxi from this property to the train station even if it’s a 5-8 minute drive.

It was convenient and safe to have off street parking. However, we needed to pick up the key from another location. Traffic is very busy and roads are very narrow, so we walked to get the key (about 15min). We were advised at that point that the complimentary breakfast was at this location, and not at our accomodation. Also, when we walked back to our room, we were missing a bed.
Nice place, but other guests were also very put out by the off location key pickup. One poor older gentleman got lost and had been walking the neighbourhood for 3 hours. I walked him down to the other location to help him get his key. I think this needs to be clearer in the ad.

We were walking and came by train. Didn't know we had to go to another hotel alltogether to get the key. There is no front desk, no one there except housekeepers. Then there was the train. Goes by constantly even in the night (not all night). Rattles everything and is really loud. No one mentions that. The shower didn't drain well, there's no trashcan in the kitchen area which is weird, and the housekeepers were smoking in the kitchen.

It was really nice, the rooms were very nicely decorated. The only downside was that the toilet seat wasn't properly attached, it took 10 minutes to fix something like that. Otherwise everything went well, the air conditioning and the TV were easy to use.

Excellent value for money. Very kind and welcoming staff. Important parking in the structure. Not far, about 1.5 km, from the Pompeii excavations (which can be reached on foot) good breakfast, quiet area. I recommend, to those like me who are not enough blackout curtains, even if they are of excellent quality, the mask for sleeping.
