Quiet location, room is new and modernly furnished,
Free parking, just across the street to the beach, bars and restaurants nearby, very friendly staff

Very clean and near the beach. There was some wear and tear on the furniture but overall a nice stay. I like that you can request towels or cleaning via text. Would come back.

Having lived in Florida for 36 years, I loved that it was a refurbished old Florida motel. It was very quaint and extremely clean. The convenience of having a full kitchen was an added plus for me as I did not have to go out for breakfast every morning. My only complaint was that our rooms blinds had broken slats in a few places that we had to cover with paper and tissues so no one could see in through the holes. But to spite that I would definitely stay there again!!

Very clean but furniture which was one chair, a very basic table and two plastic chairs. The kitchen was nice to have with small burner for cooking, microwave, coffee drip pot, full refrigerator. Closet was all shelving, no place to hang clothes. Bathroom was small but very clean. Needs safety bars and something to keep tub from being slippery. i would stay again.

Location was great. Staff was pleasant. Room needed additonal cleaning. Minimal cookware. Two burner stove top. Microwave but no oven. No dishwasher. Dishes were not clean and on open shelf. Blinds were broken and needed replaced. They should be at least room darkening becasue the sun is on the windows from sunrise to sunset. We were on the front of the building #8. Pool is not heated.
With some cleaning and a little bleach we had a good time. The beach was great.

Very sparse furniture in the room. Bed wasnt very comfortable. Room was clean and staff friendly. Easy walk to the beach and nice neighborhood to take a walk.

The staff is excellent and the place is convenient to beach and shops. There are no convenience shops or grocery stores close by, which was unfortunate. The place is ok. The room I had looked as if it had been recently renovated, but not quite finished. Bath is tiny and no closets or drawers. Just hand made shelves in this rather large closet next to the tiny bathroom. Parking on the side is ok, just he front area is tight. Limited natural light, and the lighting in the room is not great. Bed was comfy.
I probably won’t stay here again, but it is more reasonably priced than the other hotels in the area.

Clean and right across from a great beach.
You have to call the management to check in, but no problems other than a little wait.
The pool is not heated and small, but with the beach across the street we did not use it.
