First time in Bulgaria and booked a surprise holiday for my sisters 60th birthday at Festa Pomorie Resort. Hotel located on seafront just step out of your apartment directly onto sandy beach and swim in Black Sea. Apartment suite spacious and spotlessly clean everything you needed in rooms. Kate at reception so helpful. Maria in restaurant looked after us so well always welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend and will be back again Oona Ireland

The hotel is clean! The rooms have air conditioning. The spa is decent, only because everything in the spa seems to be from around 15-20 years ago as far as decor and comfort. The hotel location is near 2 very loud restaurants!!! Both of the restaurants have loud band and singers! They sing till 11:30 pm at night! You can even hear them on the 3rd floor with the windows closed! Makes it hard to sleep if you’re trying to go to bed before that time! They sing every night and if you dare to complain to the front desk be prepared to get yelled at by one of their managers and to be told that you just have to deal with it! Prior to making my reservation I had called to make sure it was quiet and serene experience, the front desk staff said that since this is a spa it’s very peaceful in the area! The exceptionally loud music from both of the nearby restaurants makes it a not very relaxing experience! Most of the staff is very pleasant and work hard to meet their guests needs except that one manager that yelled at me for asking if they can somehow accommodate me and my family due to the loud music!

Answering the questions in turn, this is the all-inclusive hotel. The three meals are full but the highlights are not much. There are not enough children to sleep in the small bed and then the extra bed is not enough. This place with children should have fun and have a lot of special for children. The activity hotel is located between Burgas Airport and the old town of Nessebar. It is highly recommended that there is a parking at the airport car rental hotel but charges
