"A bit unfriendly stay, the hotel suddenly blacked out in the middle of the night, the more sleep the colder, mainly with the baby, there is no hot water in the morning to wash your face, because there is no other room type, you can set the barrier-free room, just next to the elevator, the sound insulation is really a bit bad"

"It turned out that the order was booked for one night less and could not be refunded. However, because placing a new order for one more day was cheaper than booking another night alone, Ctrip customer service and hotel customer service were very helpful. After communication, the original order was refunded. I will order again after purchasing. The hotel facilities and price-performance ratio are also good. I will stay here again if necessary."
