Room is big and is nice to have a sauna and a small pool with hot bath. Restaurant was small too, but food was v nice with good service.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Had internet issues after a few days.

Surprised to arrive to no concierge service, reception service was pleasant.
Problem with noise in room, which an attempt was made to fix. One of two issues fixed. No follow up attempted.
Restaurant food and service was good. Limited Starbucks menu available but ordinary from a quality perspective.
In terms of location, this hotel is pretty much isolated. Need a car or Uber to get to any restaurants etc

This hotel is a hotel designed to * foreign tourists. The service is very poor and the basic facilities are not perfect.
Service: Worst ever was a black front desk manager
Basic support: the refrigerator and microwave oven in the room have a lot of smell, the towels are yellow and very dirty, the room is still the same when it is broken, the overall facilities are old and dirty, not as good as a motel

Ctrip's service is very good. They changed the room for me, which is quite good. Especially 👍, because I have been using Ctrip, they provided me with follow-up guarantees. I have never been disappointed when booking a hotel on Ctrip.
