Nice, cozy guesthouse, a place for those who don't want to spend a lot, good service, it's a shame that the mattress in my room is very bad. It has its own parking, an attendant recommended many places to walk and visit, a simple but good breakfast.

We stayed in January, two adults and two children. The room space is great, the cleanliness was ok, the children loved the mini playroom and toys available. Friendly service and good location. The bathroom could be improved with a shower so that little water comes out. The breakfast was very good for a small inn because despite not having many options, everything was very good. The bad point is that in every inn, the people who stay there are not very polite and stay chatting at the door of their room (in our case a group met in the morning right in front of our window)

Excellent location, excellent service. The room has an excellent bed, good pillows and a small bathroom for obese people. The only restriction on the room we stayed in is that it is located close to the kitchen and it is impossible to sleep with so many employees talking. I suggest installing soundproof windows and doors.

One of the receptionists at the Pousada, the person I was referring to was from Rio, was very rude and rude. I think a person who serves the public should have more patience and delicacy. Honestly, I think that in a beautiful and small city like Pomerode, inns should help encourage tourism.

Lack of professionalism at reception. My room had faulty air conditioning and after two hours of waiting they relocated us to another room, without ventilation (windows), with dirty sheets, pillowcases full of hair, horrible pillows and the bathroom towels were also dirty... The worst thing was hearing from the receptionist at check out that if all the problems had been solved, in this case the change of sheets, everything was fine!!! And the inconvenience of going to sleep at 10 pm and only being able to go to bed at 00:30 am disgusted by everything, doesn't that count? Honestly, I will never return to this hotel!!!
