Fabulous location. Quite place with a nice view. Not too far from the city center. Lovely and efficient staff. Everything was well arranged before our arrival. Hotel is brand new and well kept. It has all the amenities one needs. If you are staying for a longer period I recommend you take the bigger room. Ours was a bit small, but comfortable.

The team brought our stay to perfection. The facilities are very very nice but you still feel home, thanks to the staff! Try the suite. Spacious, comfortable and includes essencial items. The jacuzzi with a view to the lakes is really a nice touch.

Não vale o que cobra. No primeiro dia limpamos o chão do quarto com fezes de alguma ave (apto 18 térreo). O jacuzzi por falta de uso e limpeza tem filme de bolor e levedura em toda parte interna da tubulação e bombas que se soltam na água ao acionar a bomba. Na área da piscina dependendo da direção do vento se sente cheiro de esgoto ou do dreno na entrada da piscina ou dos lagos com limpeza pobre. A sala de jogos se resume a duas mesas de carteado. A equipe de serviço é fantástica. Super atenciosa. Cafe da manhã idem. Muito bom! Falta gestão. Não atende o público pagante.

Incrível! Nota mil! Atendimento impecável, limpeza, acomodações, áreas externas e café da manhã tudo perfeito! Super indico para quem vai a Pomerode! O espaço com lagos e vegetação exuberante é um plus a mais, o silêncio a noite e canto dos passarinhos no amanhecer completam essa experiência!

Fui com minha família passar 4 dias de férias neste hotel. Foi tudo incrível. A primeira impressão é magnifica e ela permaneceu até depois das férias acabarem. A magnitude é por causa de toda a vegetação, atendimento por parte de todos os funcionários, pelas comidas e bebidas, piscinas, salas, e quarto. Grata por tudo, amamos!
