This stay was perfect! The hotel is in an excellent location, with convenient transportation and quiet and comfortable surroundings. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows with excellent views, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, allowing you to sleep well all night. The bathroom facilities are smart and modern, and the dry and wet separation design is considerate.

Maybe because it is off-season, so basically it's a package tour. I signed up for a double island snorkeling. The coach is very nice. Bang Bang Island itself has a very rich school of fish and coral reefs. I saw turtles visiting here every day. There is a low tide every day, and the exposed shallows can be walked to, which is very beautiful. The water house environment is very good, but the facilities are relatively old. Pay attention to mosquito repellent in the house. The mosquito coils brought by the hotel seem to be useless. There are motor sounds and air conditioning sounds are also very noisy. For example, I have to wear earplugs when I sleep. Lunch and dinner are not provided free of charge now, and it may be off-season. Breakfast is also made to order. There are not many types but the taste is good. If you order at your own expense, the price is acceptable. It is definitely a large amount of food, so don't order too much. Chinese service is almost equal to no, but basic English is fun. In addition, pay attention to the island transfer to the hotel to make an appointment by sending an email. You may be late for boarding at noon because of waiting for someone. It takes 1-1.5 hours from Tawau Airport to the tourist pier by land, and 40 to 50 minutes on the water. So when booking air tickets, refer to the time provided by the hotel. In fact, there is a certain margin. We left because we were the only ones there. The hotel provided free late check-out and negotiated the departure time for the boat. In addition, I would like to give you some travel advice: you must carry cash with you or have someone to watch over it, especially if you are going to the water for a long time.

I took my wife and children on a spontaneous trip, but I didn't expect to walk into a "scam" resort. The face of the front desk lady was stinkier than the durian in Malaysia. When she heard that we were staying with our children, she immediately started the "price increase mode" - 540 Malaysian ringgit! No extra bed, no breakfast, just money! Ctrip's customer service was so angry that she jumped up and down, but this sister calmly hid in the office, leaving us to perform "looking forward to it" at the front desk. They have been actively contacting the hotel, but the hotel is not very willing to communicate, and the customer service also helplessly said that it was very unpleasant to communicate with them before. Regarding facilities, the hotel is relatively large, but the areas that are truly maintained and used are basically only the rooms. Other public facilities are basically out of semi-abandoned state, neglecting maintenance and upkeep. The slogans everywhere in the hotel are all about asking tourists to take responsibility and various fines warnings, which makes people feel like they are back in the 1990s. The night before, we stayed in a water house at another hotel of similar price, and the experience was much better than here. Later, we found that most water houses or sand houses of this price include three meals, while they only have breakfast. The so-called airport pick-up service has strict time requirements. Our flight was at 4:20 pm, and we could only take their 9 o'clock boat to leave the island. Even if there was only one group of guests, they were unwilling to change the time, so we gathered at their assembly point at 11 o'clock in the morning, but we didn't check in until 3 pm. The next day, we were waiting in the lobby at more than 8 o'clock in the morning as they requested. The sanitation on the island is also hard to describe. Garbage and dilapidation can be seen everywhere. There are also a lot of garbage washed by waves on the sand pond, and there are cigarette boxes in the flower pots. There is no desire for snorkeling. The water on the shore is not clear enough, there are few fish, and there are no shore or water activities. It's boring. Later, I read the comments about this hotel and found that many people have similar experiences. I can only say that everyone must read more comments before checking in, which is more able to reflect the hotel's check-in experience. All in all, this was an unprecedented bad experience. I spent two thousand and after paying the supplement, it was almost three thousand, but the accommodation experience was not as good as three hundred.
