A lovely little homestay, very convenient for visiting the Pollonaruwa ancient city. It’s not a tourist town but worth a visit for a taste of central Sri Lanka. The family were very helpful and welcoming, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. It’s a bit of a distance from town but there’s a very nice walk along the lake that takes you right to the ticket office.

The hotel is located next to a rice field, and it is very relaxing to have breakfast facing the pastoral scenery.
The decoration and facilities of the guest rooms are relatively simple, but they are equipped with an ironing board and iron and have basic functions. There are few surrounding facilities and it is inconvenient to buy things. If you are traveling as a family, you may need more convenient accommodation.

The environment is good, but the location is a bit remote. It takes half an hour to go out to eat at night, and the road out is very dark, so you have to turn on a flashlight.

Calm queit place. Clean room with comfortable beds. Exallent breakfast. Just 1km away from center. Very good staff they always helpful. Bicycle riding is the easiest way to watching ancient city. Very good value for money.

Good clean rooms. Calm environment. Very good support from host. 1km away from ancient city. Surroundings paddy fields. Bike can hire. New museum 500m away. Restaurant 100m away. Parkkarama smudra lake 500m away.
