Just returned back from a family weekend at Parkside house for an 80th birthday - with 19 guests, aged between 3 and 85, and 3 dogs, the place was absolutely amazing and big enough to not be in anyone’s way. The facilities were great and loved the touch of breakfast being included on a morning, which went down an absolute treat. The themed rooms had everything you needed and the fact that the games room/ bar was separate from the house worked well for us so if people wanted to drop off to bed early they could, and not be disturbed. The location is great as well with a lovely little walk along the canal, a jaunt to the pub, a trip to the zoo and Aldi being a 15 minute drive away. We did have one whinge from the 12 year old, who is stuck to his phone, about the WiFi being slow however we managed to stream Glastonbury from the Bar without a hitch. Zoe was absolutely amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. We loved the place so much, we have even spoke about returning next year! Thanks once again for a weekend to remember.

Spotlessly clean, excellent value and exceptionally friendly staff. This is the best Guesthouse I have ever stayed in, no exaggeration. I booked at short notice, had no prior knowledge of this place, and when I arrived, I was very pleased. Nicest staff, and everything was in perfect order. I would certainly recommend this place for anyone in need of accommodation in this area...without hesitation!

By surprise, I wasn't allocated to the guest house but an apartment in Snaith. As a result, there's no hot breakfast done in the morning. However, tea, coffee, juice, bread, eggs, yogurt and milk are provided in the apartment. As a result, we can still have a hot breakfast by cooking it ourselves. The apartment is very clean and Zoe whom I think is the owner of it is very pleasant and helpful. The only downside is that the boiler can sometimes get low water pressure and we need to turn some knots to boost it. Also, the bathroom door is difficult to open to get out, won't be able to be opened by children. Snaith is a nice place with Co-op, post office and quite a few eating places to choose from. Very handy for a trip.

Best b&b by far, gorgeous house very friendly & helpful, 5* cleanliness. Beautiful rooms and spacious. Would highly recommend and will definitely be booking with zoe again 👍 Village very friendly and wonderful food at the local pub

Very good guest house with excellent kitchen and room / ensuite facilities plus a garden with tables, and a snooker room. Friendly service from on site staff, (Catherine) plus a local pub the Kings Head a five minutes (see separate review for the pub). Good place for a stopover.

Back in the UK for 8 days and stayed four nights at this lovely quaint guest house. It has everything I needed, kitchen facilities, fridge, freezer, wifi, flatscreen tv and comfy bed, en suite. Friendly service from on site staff, all you could wish for, plus a local pub a two minute walk away.

We had an ongoing booking for a large group for a few months at Parkside and it was ideal. Everything was always clean and tidy, great location and the hosts were always lovely and understanding (especially Zoe!) There is absolutely nothing to fault - beautiful venue with everything you need either within the guest house or nearby. 10/10 recommend!
