This is our second visit and again we enjoyed our very tranquil stay.Rooms were excellent as was food.A hotel full of character and style.Particularly enjoyed my daily chats with the Parrot. Great place to chill out and use as a base to explore Pollensa old town and the surrounding countryside.

Wonderful return visit to this outstanding hotel. Once again, the jewel in the crown was the team of amazing people who work here! They are all so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. Food as plentiful and lovely as ever and the entertainment was very good. Visited here in May and enjoyed this stay just as much. Id definitely recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing holiday.
Club del Sol Aparthotel

We had a brilliant family holiday at Club de Sol. It’s a lovely hotel resort and Pollença is beautiful. We had a friendly 4am welcome and were impressed with the reception area. Our apartment was spacious and clean. One issue was fixed right away too. Air con was good but could have been stronger in the main room area at night. Housekeeping very efficient too. Three pools - 1 main one, 1 medium and 1 for smaller kids. We liked the medium one most. Main pool beds reserved by 08.30 but some beds were available at the top end so all ok really. The shop on site was well stocked and reasonably priced which we appreciated as no other shop within 20m walk. Bar and restaurant staff very friendly. Great breakfast too, 4/5 star hotel quality. Also the best cocktails we had in Pollenca. Entertainment changed each night so was a good option. They could do with smartening up the stage background - just needs a paint over. Entertainment staff were great too and we enjoyed the morning welcome song by the pool each day. The gym was decent and the spa nice. Appreciated you could use the spa showers to refresh once you’d checked out of your room. Everything was clean and smart. Feels like a cared for resort in all departments. 20m walk to nearest sandy beach so not too bad. Otherwise use the taxi app and cabs are pretty efficient and not too pricey. About €10 to Pollenca marina. Pollenca is a perfect resort for families as plenty going on but not too busy or overbuilt. Quite different to much bigger Alcúdia. We’d definitely return to both club de sol and Pollenca
Cabot Pollensa Park Spa

Just returned from my first week in Majorca at the Pollensa park Spa. We were pleased with our choice of room and hotel. We had a Superior Sea View room on the 5th floor and the view was beautiful. Air con was very effective and cleaners came daily. Tea supplies weren’t very generous and when I asked for milk I was given just 2 for 2 of us for a day! I was given more when I left a note. Lifts were busy on occasions but came eventually. I could use the stairs but my elderly mother wasn’t up to that. Staff were always helpful and responsive in particular those on Reception. We had a faulty kettle which wouldn’t switch off and left the handle red hot. We reported it late evening and it was immediately replaced. The replacement handle did also get hot at the top but it was usable. Breakfast was good, especially the art form of the freshly made pancakes! The dinner buffet was only lukewarm and the room very noisy (not hotels fault obviously) so we only had dinner once and ate out at the many nearby restaurants instead. We had the Buffalo Bar meal (rebooked via Reception) which was very good with polite and friendly service. Entertainment was pretty good in particular the African dancers and the Bruce Springsteen type tribute duo. I had a great yoga class in the sun with Roberto. The pool area was peaceful and relaxing and there were ample beds. Our fridge was not cold and turned the milk sour. We reported it and an engineer visited the next morning and replaced it for one that was better but not cold - I see this has been an issue before. I echo previous comments about the room design and how impractical it is regardless of being modern, but we still spent most of our time at the hotel in the room and balcony (had to ask for a 2nd chair but really don’t understand why there are not 2 in a double room) and we really enjoyed our time here. The gripes are just honest experiences to help other guests and the hotel were very responsive to any issues raised. In summary I would recommend this lovely hotel and would return on a B&B basis in a sea view room!
Hoposa Hotel & Apartaments VillaConcha

It is a resort-like serviced apartment. The facilities are very new and perfect. The price of less than 600 in the off-season is also very good (excluding early). The location is a bit biased, but the entire port is ten minutes away from the center. The only inconvenience is that wifi must install its home app before it can only be used for half an hour.
