I loved my stay at Duva. Me and my family were always entertained . the 3 pools were fun and spacious.The room was a good size and the balcony was massive with a nice view.We also liked the fun activities provided by Duva.All the staff are very friendly. The shuttle bus goes to town every day except the weekend and the overall resort was good with nice restaurants and Giravolta was divine.Overall it was perfect and I would love to come back

Comfortable hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Has the cleanest swimming pool I've been in. Breakfast and evening meal was very good, lots of choices. Apartment was well equipped. Probably a 20 minute walk to the beach and restaurant

We love to come to Puerto Pollensa, and the Duva has made our most recent trip just as memorable and enjoyable as the previous ones. It is a little further out than we have stayed before, but we have enjoyed the walk to and from the hotel which at most was 20 mins. The hotel has been perfect for our needs, a choice of 3 pools, a great pool bar, entertainment for the kids during the day and evening lead by Luciano. The bar staff and at the front desk have been amazing - no ask was too small and always helpful. The room has been perfect, overlooking the pool and the kitchen has everything we needed as we choose to go self catering. There is a spar across the main road has lovely croissants - freshly baked amongst everything else you need. I have started looking at when we can return again….

Loved our stay at The Duva resort, we never struggled for a sunbed at any of their 3 pools. The food was nice enough and choices were rotated daily so we didn't get bored (we did have two meals by the beach at porta pollensa during our 7 night stay). We stayed half board, both at breakfast and the evening meals their is plenty of space, we have been on other holidays previously were the dining experience is a lot more chaotic, at Duva it is calm and the waiting staff are very polite. Luciano hosts the activities throughout the day and evening, he was great with our kids, who take a little time to warm up to group activities. He is fun and gentle mannered to those kids who aren't sure about joining in at first. We didn't fully utilise the sports facilities but the gym looks well equipped and smaller pool has newer modern changing rooms, (tip: these were great to shower after checking out of the room and using the pool before our PM flight home). You may think the location of the hotel is a little distant for the beach at Porta Pollensa, the walk isn't too far, but we found with a young family the buses were really easy and quite frequent (tip: be organised and early for the buses on market days, we missed out on market morning in Pollenca as the buses were full, any other days you should be fine). Also the hotel runs a small shuttle bus to the beach during the morning and again early evening. Thank you Duva Resort, we had an amazing family holiday to remember.

What an absolutely fabulous place for a very reasonably priced family holiday. We stayed in a 1 bed apartment, as a family of 4 with and 8 and 12 year old on B&B basis. Breakfast was great, atmosphere great for us with like-minded guests, staff fabulous - nothing was too much trouble! Special thanks to the very hard working entertainment guy (I'm sorry we didn't get your name!) he was brilliant with the kids and it was really casual, so the kids could dip in and dip out of the daytime activities, my kids have never been kids club kids, but they loved the ability to join in and make friends too. It's relatively small, but the facilities were brilliant - spa lovely, Paddle great fun (book early or late in the summer months!) pool area great, with options for busier or quieter pools, a table tennis table and pool table that my boys loved. Location was great (useful to have a car but you didn't have to) - we loved Port De Pollenca itself with its beach, bars and restaurants, which was about a 15-20 min walk, or 5 min drive and Duva offered a free mini bus service on most days, which was brilliant to have the option. Lots of other lovely beaches and towns to visit nearby too - Cala Saint Vincec cove worth a visit and we did a boat trip up to Formentor point. All in all a brilliant place and I'm very sure we will return one day soon! Thanks team Duva!

Fantastic family hotel, my 5 year old son had a wonderful time. We have been visiting this hotel for a number of years now, and as always, the staff made us feel very welcome. Pau in the restaurant was brilliant with us all and always welcomed us with a friendly face, a credit to the hotel. Paul in reception at night was equally brilliant, couldn’t do enough to help us.
