Staff very helpful, clean rooms , great amenities for cyclists , went in the indoor pool, nice and warm, also quiet when we went, had to buy a swimming cap but nice and cheap, had a nice pizza in Italian restaurant which is connected with the hotel, all in all A lovely trip

5th time staying at the duva and have to say it’s as good as ever. Comfortable rooms which are very clean. Rooms cleaned daily . The complex has something for everyone and staff are great. We will be back again next year for our annual trip to Mallorca. Thanks you Team Duva for yet again making our stay comfortable and pleasurable.

Helpful friendly staff, clean comfortable apartment with sufficient kitchen appliances if needed, excellent breakfast and various choices for buffet dinner. Big pool with lots of comfortable beds alongside a handy well stocked pool bar.

We have stayed at Duva many times over the years as a family. This was our first time in the premium apartments which were spacious clean and overall very nice. I think a bit of on going maintenance would be a good idea some very minor issues, TVs in bedroom’s weren’t working, door lock on main door needed attention, but these are only minor issues which were sorted quickly by reception and maintenance staff. The apartments are in a great location near the on site gym indoor pool and spa and access to three outdoor pools. There is always plenty of free parking. The food at Duva is very good especially the Lunch menu at the out door pool bar which caters for all tastes both young and not so young. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful and always there to help Day and night. Duva is in a lovely location with views of the mountains and a 15 minute walk to Puerto Pollenca and the beach front and the pine walk, shops, bars fine restaurants and the beautiful port with boat trips, scuba, jet skiing and many more water sports, or just to stroll around the port to look at the many terrific boats and yachts. Overall we had a great experience at Duva again and will return next year, this was our second trip this year and we really enjoyed it. We have been coming to Duva for 25 years on and off and it never fails to disappoint. Duva also caters for cyclists all year round and is very welcoming for groups and solo individuals. Thanks Duva and well done.

2nd time at Hotel Duva. Such a great spot and perfect for young families. Our 3 girls loved it and were well looked after by all the staff. Special mention to Pablo in the restaurant and Luciano on entertainment. Lovely to share the place with so many lovely families with pretty much all of them returnees too.

What a fantastic stay. Aparthotel Duva was welcoming, clean, and hospitable. The room was simple and straightforward, with just enough equipment to be able to cook my own meals and enjoy them on the balconies. The hotel has a secure place to store bicycles, complete with tools and pumps. The bicycling community is really welcoming and wonderful and I got to speak with lots of other riders to hear where they were heading each day. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to a large grocery store - perfect for provisioning - and about a 15-20 minute walk to the center of town and the beach. It was easy for me to walk into town to pick up my rented bicycle for the few days that I was there. I would certainly stay here again - what a perfect location from which to enjoy the stunning roads of Mallorca.

We recently stayed here for 7 nights and was not disappointed. The staff were friendly and helpful right from arrival to departure. Our room was comfortable and spacious. There are three pools to choose from with ample sun-beds. The breakfast is exceptional at €12. Excellent storage for the bikes we hired for 5 days. Location is excellent for setting off on bike rides and easy access to main town.

We thought the location was great. Just a short easy walk into Puerto Pollensa and has bus stops very near by if you want to get into Pollensa or Alcudia. It’s also a great location for cycling with routes out to Cap de Formentor and down to Sa Calobra etc. The apartment had everything we needed for a self catering stay & was very quiet & peaceful. The Spa & gym are a little dated & on the small side but perfectly adequate and the pool is good with plenty of sun beds. The connected bike hire is excellent, knowledgeable & really helpful. This was our third visit to Majorca but our first to Puerto Pollensa. We really enjoyed the experience & think we will be back next year.

Our apartment had been renovated, had what you needed felt basic, glad I had balcony. Entertainment at night got a bit repetitive. Main issue was distance out of town and the walk wasn't pretty. 10% discount off restaurant we had pizza and cod with a roti, it was okay.
