Cabot Pollensa Park Spa

We have just got back from our stay here August 2024, as a family with a 7 year old and a wheelchair user. The hotel was mostly clean and has some great facilities. However it was severely understaffed and overfilled with guests. Queues at the bar all day and all night. Air con wasn’t great in rooms or anywhere inside the hotel to cool down during the August heat which was disappointing. Food was average for all inclusive but not enough plates, glasses or tables for the amount of guests. Very long queues to get food too. The pool is large however a lot of debris floating on top from trees and litter, as it doesn’t get cleaned over night, but the water park for kids is fab. Not enough outdoor seating for the evening entertainment either so we missed out most nights. The “superior” rooms just mean they have been modernised, they are very small rooms but they do have a balcony and good seaview. Be warned you have to be up early to get a sunbed as this hotel has the usual towel wars. There wasn’t enough sun-beds or parasols for the amount of guests in the hotel at all! If you have a late flight be prepared to check out at 11 and not have access to a courtesy room, only a shower in a public changing room in the gym. Lifts are very small, we struggled to get in together as a family with the wheelchair and had to take 2 each time. There’s not enough lifts for the amount of guests either so a lot of queues and waiting for those too. The beach beautiful and is close by. It is flat and has wooden track to the sea so is very wheelchair friendly. To be fair most of the hotel is easy for wheel chair use too. However the restaurant has stairs to it and so you have to go in through a side entrance with the wheelchair. It often takes a while for them to come open the door for you though as they are very understaffed. Also a warning that the mosquito’s are BAD! We were eaten alive in the hotel on a night when we tried to go to watch the entertainment or play in the kids park. We ate out one night at a nearby restaurant as there are a few nearby and a lovely little pub too, but after 8:30pm the mosquito’s take over! Overall was a good holiday but there’s a lot of little things that could’ve made it so much better!

We had a fantastic time at the hotel, kids are 6 and 3 and it’s perfect for them between the big pool and smaller kids pool. The room was excellent, very modern and plenty space for 4 of us and cleaned to a very high standard every day. We were bed and breakfast so can’t comment much on the food but breakfast was fine. The entertainment staff were excellent, Roberto couldn’t do enough for the children and lots going on at the poolside throughout the day. Whilst a lot of loungers are taken early there are so many that it was never hard to get sunbeds and even when the hotel got busy it didn’t feel too crowded. The hotel only has 3 elevators which are fairly small and ideally would have more but it’s a minor point as the maximum is waiting time was 2-3 mins (we were on the 8th floor).

The hotel is so much fun, entertaining friendly, all the bar staff are absolutely amazing, there all so polite, the man in charge of entertainment is the most upbeat person I think I’ve ever met, the drink are lovely and the atmosphere of the hotel is outstanding, I would 100% come here again and Reccomend for others to come

We had a few personal issues during our stay and the staff were amazing. They could not have been more helpful and kind. The hotel was very clean entertainment excellent and food really good. The grounds of the hotel are lovely and very well maintained

Enjoyable holiday in Pollensa but disappointed with the hotel especially the food.Not a good start when we checked into our room with a lovely view of the bins, although we were in the older part of the hotel the room was ok apart from having to climb in and out of the bath to have a shower.It was the food that was most disappointing,it was never more than warm and some odd selection of food, even if you hung about for a fresh supply that was also just warm.The red wine was served cold out of a chill machine and not very nice.Our second visit to this hotel and standards have dropped,will not be returning

The entertainment team could not do enough for the children. They are an absolute credit to the hotel and they would be the reason we would come back here. We met Dima at a hotel last year and were so glad to see him this year he has been so good with our little boy !

Absolutely loved our stay this last week, the place is spotless, the rooms are great with a nice spacious balcony overlooking the sea. the food was pretty good for all inclusive food with plenty to choose from. all the staff are very helpful and friendly especially the entertainment staff! the 2 gentleman have been absolutely outstanding this week. they have gone above and beyond to keep everyone entertained and they've had loads of activities to do during the day for all. absolutely loved this last week so me and my family will definitely be returning in the near future! 7 nights, all inclusive, 4 adults and 2 children. We all absolutely loved it. Hotel was great. All very clean, staff very friendly. Rooms were nice, could’ve been bigger as we pretty much lived out of our suitcases. Nothing to moan about tho. We all loved the food. Fresh stuff being cooked all the time in front of you.. whether it’s omelettes or pancakes for breakfast, or pizzas,pork chops,turkey,fajitas,lamb,pasta etc for lunch and evening meal. Was great. They also do an American themed evening in the pool bar restaurant, you have to book that at reception. Food was amazing!! Pulled pork,chicken wings,ribs…. Massive pool, loads of room, loads of sun beds. Splash pad and water slides great for younger kids. Slides were not on for the first 3 days but after that it was all good. Hotel was very quiet at the start of the week. Very peaceful. It started to get a lot more busy towards the end, not sure I’d like it so much if it was rammed. Drinks were great as well. Great selection on the all inclusive menu. Can’t think what else to say. Fantastic holiday had by us all
