Son Sant Jordi

My wife and I visited Son Sant Jordi for 10 nights ending today, 18th April. We booked our room only a few days before visiting and intended to cycle and relax in equal measure, taking in the many delights of Pollenca itself. The family owned and run hotel is lovely, relaxed, very friendly and, well, it is just like living in somebody's home. We were made to feel very welcome by everybody and we cannot praise all the staff enough for their considerate, friendly and keen approach to ensuring we had everything that we needed. We loved how everybody seemed to smile so much. We arrived probably at the very beginning of the main tourist season for Mallorca itself as the hotel was still gearing up for the coming season. We made a small suggestion on the breakfasts to maybe help them run more smoothly for guests coming down at differing times. To the hotel owner's absolute credit, these ideas were fully taken on board literally the following day and we honestly feel this demonstrates beyond all doubt how caring the family are towards their guests. Full marks, and thank you so much! The breakfast was lovely. We will definitely come back, probably later in 2025 and beyond. The hotel, location, staff and places to eat in Pollenca were excellent. We also recommend an early morning walk up Puig de Maria for fabulous views, peace and tranquility. It's steep, mind you! Finally, as expected, it's a great base for cycling too, especially for small groups or couples, with good and secure bike storage facilities next door. Highly recommended. PS you must go to meet Petra the parrot, usually either in the back garden or near reception. She will happily chat to you - yes, really. Amazing, and funny too.

We had a great stay at Son Sant Jordi. Son Sant Jordi is an authentic, family run hotel in the old city of Pollença. Free parking is available at two locations about 350 meters from the hotel. We stayed in a Junior Suite which is really spacious and has a modern vibe to it. The hotel has a nice, intimate garden with a pool. Breakfast is great with a personal service. Dinner is in the in-house restaurant with a choice between two set menu’s. The only negative comment is the lack of a stable WiFi connection. It is impossible to do some work on your laptop or stream a movie. This could be fixed with a proper repeater. Special thanks for Eduardo and his team who operate the in-house restaurant La Placeta!

Clean and charming family run hotel - Nothing was too much trouble for them. Lovely breakfast and some great treats in the room. Ideally situated in Pollenca. Secure storage available for our bikes as well. Would have liked a room with a balcony but I think because of the location there are not any rooms with a balcony. The garden view was quite limited from our bedroom.

A beautiful place to stay. Amazing house and garden and lovely rooms. Very clean. Good breakfasts. Beautiful garden! With a lovely although quite cold for April pool. And very well located in Pollença town. Easy to get there and back to Palma or Pollença.

Charming hotel in the city centre. Great services like bike parking and an awesome garden with a pool make the stay great. Comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. You also have the option to have dinner or lunch in a cozy place outside the hotel Familiar hotel who cares for customers. Great service and attention.
