"The woman at the desk 4pm 3/11/23 was wonderful. Water pressure was weak like other reviews said but nothing I would be a “Karen” about. The kiddos enjoyed the pool. We stayed one night but I would book again for sure! "

"The hotel is close to the city center, and the transportation in and out is very convenient. The price is very close to the people, it should be said that the price is very high. Especially the breakfast, which is richer than the average three-star hotel. There are some choices, which are quite real."

Our home is adjacent to Terrace Hills GC and you will find outdoor deck amenities that you will not find at any other Altoona area daily rental; golf course views, hot tub, and fire pit! Our calendar nightly rate is for 2 guests. Additional guest(s), $20.00 per person, per night. Approximately 1,300 square feet, remodeled in 2020. Sleeps 7 - 3 bedrooms, 1 king, 2 queens, and single pull out in sun room. 1 1/2 bathrooms. Guests have access to the entire first floor. Terrace Hills GC begins golf course maintenance operations at daylight. Tee times begin at 7 AM. You may hear golf course maintenance equipment at daylight and golfers on the first tee box at 7 AM. Mini golf summer hours 9 AM to 10 PM. GGuest UserExcellent service from Tracey and her team. She was so kind, helpful and friendly. All staffs at the reception was so welcoming. Rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. Beds were so comfy and had a good night sleep. Breakfast was delicious with variety of choices. We wished to have stayed here longer but had to catch a flight the next day. Definitely returning in the future. Highly recommend to everyone visiting Des Moines. Thanks to every staffs for making our stay amazing!!

GGuest UserPoor lighting, couldn’t figure out how to just turn on 1 light. Bathroom lights to bright to keep light on all night. You should install small night light in bathroom.
Refrigerator too small and u need coffee maker in room

TTian(Korin)All is good, people very helpful and warm. Very good shuttle to airport, just not sure why they gave me a room at 2nd floor which is actually on a platform for ventilation or warming system equipment, kind of noisy but I am on jet lag and can’t sleep well anyway.

GGuest UserToilet has not been cleaned, coffee pot wasn’t rinsed, and wash cloths were damp but overall it was a nice big modern room, very clean and organized. We did request an early check in which as nicely received and accommodated… we will stay here again. Front desk both day and night were very kind and pleasant, which we appreciated also. Couldn’t beat the rate, we were on a tight budget and I was worried it would be a nightmare but it was a great stay and we were really glad with the choice!

GGuest UserI bought this location on ******* and it was a great price when I try to extend my stay for another week the price almost doubled so I had to find another place to stay unfortunately I would have liked to have stayed for a longer period of time everything was nice there although I just used it as a place to stay after work
