A lovely, welcoming place to stay right in the heart of Polis. The room was clean, fresh, spacious, and elegant. In the morning, the sun flooded in and there was a small balcony just outside, with a table and chairs to enjoy the view of the mountains in the distance. The service was exceptional and unparalleled, the staff always smiling and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was generous and with a good choice. Great coffee/tea too. We would really recommend.

Paid top dollar for a unique boutique hotel experience and had a night and morning with several power outages. The hotel did t have a generator and the staff did nothing to appease us the guests or even tell us what was happening. When there is no power in high temperatures it does t matter how beautiful the room Is, one cannot see in he bathroom, access cold water in the fridge or have a fan or charge their phones. This could have been made more bearable by better service but it wasn’t and we checked out early. We wasted our money.

The room rate is on the high side, doubtless influenced by the fact that there’s not much competing accommodation in Polis. There is a restaurant on the ground floor where check-in takes place, with a small and slow lift to the handful of first floor rooms. After hours return to the rooms is via some fairly steep outside stairs to an elevated entry door at the rear of the property. Not sure that the hotel would work well for the mobility impaired. Our room was clean and of a decent size. The small bathroom was behind a pocket door with a somewhat rickety shower door, but serviceable enough. Selecting a rate on the hotel's web site with breakfast included would have added €25 per person to the bill, so I’m unable to say what breakfast my wife and I would have enjoyed for €50. Instead, a very short walk took us to Saddles Cafe and Bar where we had an excellent breakfast at half the price. There is parking on rough ground at the back of the property but the ledge to access it from the road was high, so in our low slung car we chose to use public parking in front of the hotel. At check-in we were asked not to leave the car there overnight, but there was no signage to that effect and we had no problem in doing so.

A gorgeous restoration job with stylish rooms in a perfect town centre location. The staff are a huge asset to the establishment, all being polite and efficient. Easily the best A/C we’ve experienced throughout Cyprus - both warming and cooling almost instantly when required. Toiletries are great quality and housekeeping maintain the rooms to top standard each day. Breakfast is almost too generous, with huge portions of quality food. There is a bar next door that can play exceptionally loud music each Saturday until at least 3am but we were among the patrons one week and happily ear plugged the following. If you’re sensitive to noise I’d recommend requesting a room overlooking the car park (opposite side to the bar). The restaurant serves great Sushi & Sashimi, but the cooked Japanese fusion food wasn’t to our taste. The location offers around 10 restaurants or cafes in less than a minute’s walk so you’ll be spoiled for choice. We and our travelling companions would all happily return to Polis 1907 and will plan our next Cypriot visit with a stay here in mind.

This hotel is truly wonderful we stumbled across it accidentally on our travels and so glad we did. We stayed in the deluxe double room on breakfast board basis the breakfast was amazing you had a choice served to your table with a bread basket and unlimited tea coffee, water and fresh squeezed orange. We wasn’t going to eat in our hotel but we couldn’t resist and boy it was worth it. The food was perfect Asian / Chinese if you stay at the hotel they deduct 15% from the bill. In the bedroom there are robes and slippers / good quality towels and a comfortable bed. (The only downfall is shortage of sockets in the room) but we managed. Everything about this hotel is perfect the decor the staff and location.

If you’re looking anywhere to stay in this amazing part of the island…. You have to come here !!! What an amazing place, such a beautiful place plus the character of the place too is breathtaking!!! Staff are amazing and willing to help you as much as they can. I really wished we stayed longer but we was visiting family so only stopped for a few days. The apartments are well worth the money very clean and I would say 5 star all the way. The breakfasts are amazing great choices plus the meals of an evening are out of this world. Presentation of the food is very pleasing to the eye and the taste is even better. I cannot fault this place one bit and hoping to return back.

Beautiful hotel, very friendly helpful staff. A special mention for Korina who couldn't do enough for us. Lovely thoughtful treats in the room. The room had everything we needed and was spotless. Lovely comfy bed. A delicious breakfast with friendly service. Ideal location. Would have liked to stay longer. Highly recommend.

A beautiful boutique hotel right on the village square of Polis. We had a large room with four poster bed and the added bonus of a balcony to watch the world go by. The bed was comfortable and we had some nice touches like wine and water in the fridge on arrival. The staff were very friendly and welcoming - especially Sophia who was very helpful.
