We were there for 3 nights and the hotel was very nice. It was close to everything walking distance. Breakfast was very nice and many different options and gluten free as well. The lady at front desk helped us set up our boat tour and make some dinner reservations. This hotel has parking and that is a bonus in Italy. So overall a really nice place to stay at.

I would give this hotel zero stars if I could. This was easily one of the worst experiences of my life, and I travel often. Never have I encountered anything this bad. We discovered toxic black mold in the bathroom and reported it to the front desk. Their response? They suggested we 'wear flip flops or use the SPA shower.' Can you believe that? This is the level of service you get for $270 a night (during the low season, no less). We immediately packed our bags and checked out, requesting a refund. Not only did they refuse to let us speak to a manager, but they also denied our refund for a room we didn’t even use due to the mold.

I had a much needed relaxing massage at Suite 10 after travelling around Italy for a month. The room was inviting and comfortable and I was given access to a locker for my items and was able to shower afterwards to remove the lovely scented oil that was used. I was not a guest at the hotel and very glad they offer the service to outside guests.

Suite 10 is in the perfect location, it is very close to the center of town which is only a 5 minute walk away. Staff were very friendly and willing to answer any questions you had especially regarding the best transport to other areas such as Alberobello. Rooms were large and clean and the breakfast served had a good variety of options. Overall we had a very pleasant stay in the beautiful town of Polignano a Mare.

Suite 10 is a delightful, small hotel with terrific service. The two concierges, Ilaria and Raffaela, could not have been nicer or more accommodating, especially with their excellent restaurant recommendations. Each morning, you have a choice of pancakes, fresh fruit, bacon, eggs, sweets, bread and jellies, plus four kinds of juice and made-to-order coffee drinks. The staff cleaned our room daily, spotlessly. Each of the eight suites has a sizable bedroom, a large bathroom with a huge step-in shower, and a separate room that can serve as an office or second bedroom. There is also a large deck where we relaxed each afternoon in the warm Puglia sun. The location is perfecto, just a block from the main part of town with its iconic bridge and view of the limestone cliffs, hotels, homes, and Adriatic Sea. They also arranged for me to take a boat ride one morning from San Vito, a small town about 10 minutes north by Tuk Tuk. The speed boat motored along the coast and nosed into some small caves carved by wind and wave erosion. Suite 10 is centrally located so it's about a 10-minute walk to the train station, or just minutes away from dozens of restaurants and gelaterias. The price is very reasonable, too. Highly recommended.

We stayed at a great suite with 2 balconies at this modern and stylish hotel. Very comfortable for our family of four. The location is perfect - steps away from Lama Monachile and old town but quiet and peaceful. The room is new and well-designed. We enjoyed having breakfast at our balcony. Polignano a Mare is a beautiful town. I spent a lot of time researching places to stay in Bari, Monopoli, and Polignano a Mare and Suite 10 is just perfect.

This was a great hotel in the heart of Polignano A Mare. One block from the bridge over Lama Monachile, less than 6 minute walk into the old town. It was nice to be outside the crowded area of the old town. Rooms were modern and huge. The AC was super strong and the little balcony was great to relax on. The breakfast had a good selection and Simona was amazing. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. We paid for a parking spot, and it was worth it. There didn't seem to be a lot of parking nearby as it was July and busy season. I would definitely stay here again!!

Thank you ! I booked a no refund room here and turned up a day early . No problem said our helpful and friendly host and she let us stay without charge . We left the next morning after a great breakfast and good nights rest in a large room with a large sitting area , excellent bathroom and comfortable bed with quality bedding and in fact the whole place had a high quality finish , cool lighting and pretty chic ! It’s easily walkable to the beautiful old town and is a real treat .
