Hotel Heraclea has all the potentials to be a great hotel and offering an memorable stay. But it was a rather disappointing stay. Management and staff should wake up an reflect on al lot of things. But it isn’t all bad. Rooms are large and kept very tidy, breakfast is more than satisfying and offering a nice mix of Italian and more Northern ingredients. Dinner is nice as well. But. Staff is friendly but lame. The bartender is not always on top of things but like the others, tries hard. This hotel is big. But I have been to hospitals with far more warmth an coziness than the entrance, hallways and rooms, which are rather cold and basic. Rooms are noisy as well. One can hear too much from the adjacent rooms, let alone the one above. Most shocking experience was the welcome drink. Sounds nice and sympathetic. But offering some tiny drops (2cm?) of Italy’s finest prosecco in an even tiny plastic cup was flat-out embarrassing. A refill was hard to get, staff ignored the guests. Management should be ashamed (foremost for the plastic cups)! This of course, is an occasion on the side, but it is quite representative for the whole stay. With summer season on its way, they really should get their act together.

nice holet, but lack of organization premise that the lido is too far room services very bad air conditioning that I cannot regulate lunch and dinner the side dishes counted on the plate animation zero btw there was nothing not suitable for families with children I give this review because I didn't find myself disappointing

Oggi san Valentino, siamo andati a fare una Spa io e mia moglie , locale bellissimo, rilassante , la signora molto accogliente gentile e bravissima nel suo lavoro, ha fatto un massaggio dolce e rilassante . Poi abbiamo cenato ristorante bello accogliente caldo e prezzi accessibili. Abbiamo cenato benissimo.

Abbiamo trascorso 15 giorni fantastici in completo relax.Ottima accoglienza da parte del front office.I ringaziamenti vanno alla struttura tutta,dalla receptional al personale del ristorante gentili e sempre disponibili, un particolare ringraziamento al Sig.Raffaele e Sig. Marco che hanno una vera e propia passione che rende il propio lavoro unico e indimenticabile.La struttura e' comoda e confortevole. La camera spaziosa, confortevole,ben arredata e pulita.Ringrazio gli addetti alle pulizie.La colazione ricchissima e assortita,possibilita' di dolce e salato. Ristorazione eccellente in quanto lo chef non si è mai ripetuto ed ha proposto sempre degli abbinamenti terra/mare azzeccati con prodotti ottimi.Hotel dotato di bella piscina, Lido convenzionato, spa, campi da padel, e biciclette.Abbiamo potuto godere di un mare davvero spendido in un lido a 400 metri dalla struttura .L'esperienza e' stata positiva e consiglio questo Hotel a chi vuole passare qualche giorno di Relax .Non ci resta che attendere le vacanze 2024 per ritornarci. Abbiamo usufruito dei servizi dell'Hotel a cavallo tra fine dicembre, inizio gennaio. Vacanza con amici. Struttura grande ed accogliente, vari spazi a disposizione del cliente: hall spaziosa, sale ristoro, Spa, spazi esterni. Pulizia e cortesia molto apprezzate. Camere semplici ma funzionali. A noi hanno assegnato un mini appartamento con saletta, cucina, balconcino attrezzato, camera e bagno. Abbiamo avuto modo di gustare la cucina del ristorante anche in occasione del cenone di capodanno, molto buona e curata. La colazione adeguata ma da migliorare con qualche proposta in più sia per dolce sia per salato. Non particolarmente apprezzato il servizio bevande calde alla macchinetta, poichè si creano fastidiose file... Nel complesso siamo stati bene: consigliato!

Di passaggio per lavoro, ritrovo questa struttura dopo ben 20 anni. Parcheggio ampio e custodito. Camere ben curate, letto comodo , cuscini rinforzatri, e tutti i servizi annessi , sky , frigo bar , camera riscaldata.... Un gran piacere ritrovare anche le medesime persone conosciute tanti anni fa....Del linguaggio del corpo il più bello è il calore che tutte queste persone emanano. Dietro ogni impresa di successo c’è sempre qualcuno che ha preso una decisione coraggiosa TEMPO addietro...ai miei oltre 165 mila lettori consiglio questa struttura o per un passaggio di lavoro o per una vacanza adatta a famiglie. La struttura e'dedicata alle vacanze estive e sicuramente l'esperienza cambia. Dormito una notte in occasione di un viaggio di lavoro. Stanza accogliente e abbastanza ampia. Qualcosa da migliorare nel bagno. Doccia poco funzionante e box rotto. Letto comodo. Camera dotata di TV, climatizzatore, frigo bar. Prima colazione a buffet, con tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno per affrontare la giornata. Ho visto buffet migliori, ma alla fine direi approvato. Parcheggio ampio e parzialmente al coperto a disposizione degli ospiti. La zona e' risultata tranquilla, ma essendo in bassa stagione peso non sia una sensazione corretta o valida per tutti i periodi dell'anno.

Soggiorno complessivamente positivo in un hotel 4 stelle con gli standard non completamente in linea,privacy e insonorizzazione delle camere carente,servizi complementari er l ospite a settembre non c era nulla,il.ristorante inoltre non rispecchia molti 4 stelle o addirittura 3 stelle di altre località, se uno è una buona forchetta fa fatica a soddisfare le proprie voglie... nel complesso comu que una vacanza piacevole.
