Beltana Villas

A good option. Photos are accurate. Clean, well equipped. Views are lovely from villa 1. ...a 5 minutes walk to lovely pool which is lovely especially on hot 33c day. Few maintenance items. Deck is lovely though less so on 33c ++ afternoon. Villa 1deck faces west socopes setting hot sun. Air-conditioning very useful..evening bedroom. Easy walk from villa 1 car park. Easy check in , key in door, Air-conditioning on. Negative is it was 25 minutes drive to the main mid week open vineyards in traditional Pokolbin region. Villas closer to Belford. One direction old north road is unsealed. Sealed option only extra 5 minutes to Pokolbin main region ( Harrigans, Brokenwood, Drayton, Ivanhoe).

Fantastic place to stay. Spacious units with a nice queen size bed , large shower , toilet and basin. Kitchenette with fridge/freezer, jug, Nespresso machine, toaster and two elements (no oven). Cutlery, plates cups , tea, coffee,. Wood burning fireplace . (Wood supplied when fireplace able to be used) Deck with electric bbq, table and chairs overlooking grounds . 1x Swimming pool (not heated) and hot spa for the complex . View was lovely looking over a pond and a vineyard. We were lucky to have kangaroo visit , rabbits ( and a few baby bunnies) , birds . When you arrive we had a phone number to call which was answered promptly and the owner then advised where to park and unit number ( Unit 2 we had) . So check in was easy . On departure just needed to txt to say we were gone . The only thing that I could be disappointed about was there was no washing machine/ dryer in unit or on the grounds for you to use . Apart from that we thoroughly enjoyed our two nights and would definitely be back and not hesitate to recommend to anyone . Short drive to Pokolbin general store and all the cellar doors . Thanks for a relaxing and enjoyable stay !! 😀😍 Located on the edge of all the vineyards but only a short drive to them. (Price reflects this) Singleton is approx 15 mins away for groceries , fuel etc .

There were too many options in Hunter Valley and i wasn't sure which villa/resort/hotel to pick and am glad that i have chosen Beltana Villas. It was beautiful, clean, spacious and fantastic! Definitely want to come back here again. We were in Villa 3 and had good view from the balcony, bunnie, birds chipping, wallabies..it was relaxing. Thanks!

We recently booked every villa for the Bridal party and immediate family for our daughter’s wedding. I couldn’t praise the whole property highly enough if I tried. The villas are spacious and well appointed with everything we required. They were absolutely perfect. The property with its beautiful views were great for pre-wedding photos and is located very close to the White Barn where the wedding was held. We will definitely be staying again. I highly recommend Beltana Villas to anyone wanting to stay in the Pokolbin area.
