Great place to meet like minded people and do as much or as little as you like. The staff were great, the rooms were huge and clean. Food was amazing.

Brilliant location, fabulous views, relaxing vibes, friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds, excellent range of activities. Let down by the menu unfortunately - chicken one night was dry, toxic Tasmanian salmon was served another night, and there were items missing from the breakfast buffet that could have elevated the experience.

The staff at this retreat were magnificent & a credit to Elysia. The 3 bedroom villa was large in size, clean & a magnificent view of the countryside.

After 7 days I left feeling fantastic, my eyes are clearer, skin glowing, I lost weight, feel fitter and nourished. The food, staff, and the full day movement program are all outstanding and I will be back for more very soon. I hope the maintenance issues and areas that are tired are sorted out soon to attract more A-listers. And new biohacking treatments/facilities introduced to bring back the trendsetters.

This was a terribly poor experience. Very dated, very old. Felt like a retirement village. Don't go with the expectation of what is presented on the website or social media.

This was my first time attending a health retreat. I had such a great experience and recommend Elysia to anyone interested in boosting their wellness, taking time out to unplug and unwind or learning something new.

Overall experience, the retreat was nice tranquil and peaceful with kangaroos roaming outside. Needs too improve on maintenance of rooms. Shower tap was leaking and mouldy. Wifi was unable too connect in bedroom at all. Coffee machine leaking. Overall wasn't value for money for the price at all.
