The hotel is one kilometre away from the Tourist bus stop. It's also around 15 minutes away from the lake if you go on foot. The location is pretty convenient.
The room ia well-equipped and has a table, two chairs, a TV set, a kettle, an AC, bottled water, and tea. It also has hot (not just warm) water, which was my first time to see in Nepal 😅 I had a nice breakfast, even prepacked one on the day I was leaving too early to have it in.
The main drawback for me was roosters waking each other up starting from 3 am somewhere nearby. Other than that, great indeed.

The hotel is a little far from the lake (1.5 km), but very close to the station to Kathmandu (1 km). The room is clean and the bathroom is large. The breakfast is good, sufficient and convenient. The hot water for bathing is very hot (in the morning). The front desk service attitude is also very good. Overall good.

Hotel location: The transportation in Pokhara is inconvenient, but it is within walking distance. Hotel facilities: Take a look at the pictures for yourself, they were taken on the day of check-in. Looking at the pictures of bedding and linens, the bed is quite comfortable. No disposable slippers are provided (generally not provided abroad). Hotel decoration: see pictures for yourself. Bathroom: There is no dry and wet separation. Breakfast: I caught the 7 o'clock bus from Pokhara to Kathmandu and didn't have breakfast. Hotel service staff: Personally I think they are very service-minded and quite careless during the stay.

It was one of the cleanest hotels in Nepal. You can choose whether you want to stay in a room on a lower floor or a higher floor by asking the reception. This time I stayed on a high floor and the view was great. I can't see the lake.
It's about a 5 minute walk to the lake.
There are hardly any amenities such as toilet paper or soap. There was also a T-pack of tea, but there was no pot so I couldn't drink it.

Room were stylish, clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and willing to help with a smile. Affordable room price with great service. Me and my family enjoyed the stay there. I would suggest people to stay there if they are looking for a nice place to stay in Pokhara, Nepal.
