I recently spent a night at Hotel Sadan at Lakeside, Pokhara and my experience can be summed up as average. The room I stayed in was notably clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated as cleanliness is a top priority for me when choosing accommodations. The comfortable bed and tidy amenities added to the overall positive impression of the room. Despite the average guest service, the hotel did offer a decent range of amenities and facilities that contributed to a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was pleasant.

Good hotel. Value for money. Few things can be improved but nothing deal breaker.

The hotel is in a great location, the service staff is very nice, they will patiently translate Chinese, and greet you warmly when you meet them. The room is very clean, the price is very reasonable, and you can see the lake view and snow-capped mountains from the terrace!

Because of the hotel's warm service, I was embarrassed to experience other hotels and could only stay for the third day. Facilities 1. Except that the hot water was slow and not that hot 2. No elevator 3. No hair dryer... My hair dried naturally... Hygiene I have lived for three days and it has not been cleaned... At least give me a new towel... I went back at night and the cleaning staff was off work, so I didn't mention it, forget it. Environment Comfortable Service The service attitude is good. The boss said that I was overcharged for taking a taxi. I told them that they would give me the overcharged money. As a result, I checked out on the fourth day and took a taxi. They specifically told the driver not to charge me more. When I arrived at the bus station, the driver should have charged me 83 rupees, but I gave 100 rupees and didn't change the money. This is untrustworthy... Everyone remember to prepare change! I didn't verify this service, so you can just know it.

The room is very good, with hot water, and there are many places to eat next to it. The hotel's breakfast is good, but it is a little slow to make, and there is nothing special about the rest. It is a very good stay experience, love comes from China🇨🇳

The room is not bad. You can watch the sunshine of Jinshan Mountain from the balcony of the room.

The boss is an authentic Nepalese, kind and kind, and he helped us enthusiastically. The hotel is in a good location, very close to Phewa Lake, only a five-minute walk away. Hygienic and clean, complete facilities and good service. Very good choice, will come again next time.

The hotel has a beautiful environment, and you can see the Rizhao Jinshan Mountain through the windows. The service staff are very friendly and the breakfast is great! Highly recommended!

The room is very clean. Very welcoming~

I was there during two earthquakes in late 2023. I felt safe in The building. It's only a few years old and is only 5 stories without a lift. Walking distance to Lakeside Pokhara and dozens of restaurants and shops, trekking and motorcycle hire. Bishow the manager and the night managers are very obliging and security is excellent. I also recommend the tailor in the same street and the Flying Spirit Organic Kitchen Restaurant not far away.
