I want to inform the hotel manager or owner about my recent experience at your establishment. Our family group booked three rooms on March 21, 2025. While the check-in process was impressive, we had a very unpleasant experience that night. We were kept awake all night by loud people in the garden below. There were two Nepali men and two foreign girls who appeared to be drunk, talking and laughing loudly and playing music from their phones. I went to the reception around 4 am to complain, and Mr. …, the night in-charge, simply replied, "This is how it is, sir." When I inquired if they were hotel guests, I was told, "No, they are just outsiders who came for drinks at midnight." I was dissatisfied with his attitude and response, so I decided to speak with the manager in the morning. We chose to check out early and went to the reception around 7 am, requested the manager, and explained everything while settling our bills. The manager did not handle the situation appropriately and didn’t even apologize. Instead of seeking more details about my dissatisfaction, he seemed to disregard it, which was very disappointing. I felt that the staff lacked the necessary knowledge and training, which needs to be addressed immediately, including the front office manager, or else you risk losing guests and business. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay at Tuki Resort; there are many better hotels in Pokhara that provide excellent hospitality. Hari Acharya Kathmandu
