I’ve read other reviews for this hotel and am amazed it has been given 5* rating. The staff certainly are excellent, and the pool is nice, but the rooms are very basic, quite dismal, and lacking in anything of quality. Towels were stained and grey from poor laundering, sheets OK but pillowslips stained. The towel rail was fitted askew. The open shower was too close to the toilet so that, even with the curtain drawn, water escaped and I had to dry it before I could use the toilet. I had breakfast on 2 days: starts at 7am but egg station not ready until 7.15 on both mornings. Food, again, was very basic with not much choice and certainly not ‘delicious’. Sorry, but I rate this as 3*.

It’s really great hotel for vacation and free shuttle to downtown and tourists bus park. I absolutely will come back to this hotel. I stayed 3 days.

千萬別住這家酒店！我們三個人兩間房住了兩晚，退房時被強行多收了 30美金，事先完全沒告知。早餐明明是一間房送一份，第二天有人沒吃把份額讓給同伴，結果酒店還要我們再付錢，退款也拒絕。不透明、強制收費，極其不誠信！非常糟糕的體驗！

設施和早餐可以和國內精品酒店媲美，這在尼泊爾是非常難得的。給我留下最深印象的是院子裏的花香，非常細節。觀山望湖的景色在當地應該是不錯的，甚至還有打扮像芭比娃娃似當地新人專門來這裏拍婚紗。由於我對酒店有自己的癖好，所以在這裏我衹住了一晚，不過作為剛到博卡拉的中轉站，這是非常不錯的選擇。
