1. House prices are seriously high in the off-season, about twice as much as similar prices in the surrounding area.
2. The refund process is delayed and takes 1 week.
3. The bolts of the bathroom towel rack are loose and the rack falls down.
4. Digital TV always has skynet loops popping up advertisements blocking the screen, and the staff can’t do anything to turn them off.
5. There are too few lamps in the room and the overall brightness is seriously insufficient. It does not match the specifications of the suite and is not suitable for children's living.
6. There is an exclusive lawn outside the suite balcony, which is not bad.

This resort is an amazing escape from the busy streets of Pokhara, especially after finishing a long trek. It’s perfectly located near the lake, in a side street, so you’re not in the midst of traffic and tourists. The breakfast and food in general is fantastic, we ate here three times, and tge staff is very helpful. We also enjoyed the gym, which is thoroughly equipped, and the jacuzzi was great.

I had the opportunity to stay and the Temple Tree. What a wonderful hotel, great staff and could not be more helpful. I so enjoyed the spa and the excellent massage. I want to thank Astra for her help and her professionalism. You have an excellent Front Desk young woman

Excellent location, superb hospitality and an awesome place to stay during your trip to Nepal. The staff are well trained to ensure your comfort and leave no stone unturned. Make this a part of your travel itinerary and you will leave with amazing memories.

We stayed here both before and after our Annapurna trek. This place is a true oasis in the middle of a busy city and just two blocks from the lake. We did not expect a resort such as this in the middle of the city; it's like stepping into another world where it's cool and quiet. Beautiful gardens and pathways separate the buildings and there is a lovely swimming pool. There is a nice spa behind the pool and down some stairs, a bit out of the way. At the time of this writing (May 2024) they are doing some remodeling over near the bar and dining room and if I remember correctly (I was rather tired after our trek) they will move the spa to that area, making it more easily accessible. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful; all went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. It was a dream to sit at an outside table in the garden for dinner and a quiet visit. It's perhaps a bit more expensive than other places but worth every rupee.

We came back from our Manaslu 11 day trek and wanted to have some relaxation after the long walk Temple tree gave us all that and more The staff is very tentative and super polite and nice, could not ask for more The place is very very clean and the room service delicers as you would expect. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to stay a bit lazy for a few days and just enjoy not leaving the hotel

Very clean hotel, good food, very relaxing and extremely nice people working there. From front of house to massage therapists and chefs, a big thank you for taking care of us during our stay! We would definitely come back if we're back to Nepal.
