The hotel service is very thoughtful. The bed is a bit bad. Maybe there are not many people staying here, so they are pampered a little too much. The breakfast is also good, mainly local specialties. Swimming pool.

The breakfast was very good. The waiter at the gate was very nice. He opened the door and helped with the luggage. He was very friendly. It seems to be close to Lakeside as well. I heard there are a lot of tourists there.

As I visit here for my conference & found very better service & delicious food with lot of varieties , Even as we are not room guest but staffs care us & make us feel so much homely environment . Will come to stay here in my next visit . Meeting with Jiwan makes me feel comfortable. Very Nice hotel to visit.

This was a great trip in Pokhara. We stay in Hotel The Pokhara Grand. This is the funtastic property and thier staff are very humble and supportive. But light in rooms is very low...we are facing some problem with that. Thore things are fine. Regards

It was a great experience staying in the property, the views were good, buffet breakfast was served hot & fresh with multiple varieties ! They also made our anniversary special with complimentary cake & room decor. We also had spa experience in the property. Would recommend.

The general agreement of the rooms , restaurants, and halls are very good , the new year Celibration was fantastic. The hotel has to improve regarding Indian food taste Staff are very curtious , and services is excellent!!!!!!!’,,,,,,,,,,,
