The staff here instantly make you feel like part of their family! The customer service is excellent - the best in Nepal- and every staff member makes you feel at home. I have nothing but admiration for the team - they are all excellent, very professional, friendly and customer focused. The rooms here are very spacious and exactly like the photos on the website, the beds are very comfortable and everything is very, very clean. A fantastic hotel. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The aircon is powerful and quiet. There is a good sized pool and a small friendly bar but what makes this place truly special is the staff, from managers to reception to bar and room cleaning EVERYONE is delighted to be there for you. They are just fantastic. It is a very quiet hotel BUT this is the one thing that almost made me write a negative review. Whilst we were there there was extensive building work taking place. Drilling, hammering etc etc. this made relaxing by the pool or in the bar area difficult at times. However it is a testament to the staff that even with this going on I could not leave a bad review.

My family of four had a fantastic experince during our 4D3N stay! The staff were welcoming and accommodating of our needs from day 1. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The facilities are also modern and clean. We also took the hotel guide and car to attractions in Pokhara which is an excellent way to conveniently explore the city for a family or a group. The location is excellent at Lakeside too. I highly recommend the hotel, and would come back again!

Manoj & Arjuna has been very polite and very homely, did a great job. Highly recommend this hotel in Pokhara while doing Mansarovar Yatra.

Value for money ,Staff is co-operative and break fast is good and a basic room with basic amenities,over all okay ,if you don't have any option consider this one

I had a wonderful experience. The staff was wonderful. When I asked for extra help with dealing with my medication that was refrigerated they went above and beyond. For breakfast I talked to Manoj about wanting to try lassi and made sure I had some and it was delicious.
