Great location, close to the lake and shopping areas. Very friendly staff. And good food. I stayed here both before and after my trekking. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, with great views. I had beautiful views of the lake, and the views from the rooftop were fantastic.

Stayed here for a nearly a week and nothing short of excellent service! Happy to have been served by Mr Santosh & Mr Bupendra along with hotel staff Sandesh and Amisha who were very pleasant and catered to my stay. Good array of breakfast buffet on each day. And it was really lovely to be welcomed back to Nepal once more! Will come back again

If you are planning on going to Pokhara Hotel Chino is the place to be. The location is perfectly fitted at lakeside with the beautiful view of the lake and very much accessible to everything in and around Lakeside. The food is very good to be precise I love the breakfast they serve . I'd like to mention the staff that catered to us were very courteous and comforting 24/7 they always welcomed us with a big smile. And I'd like to especially thank the receptionists Miss Dakshina Gurung for her hospitality as she was of great help to us, thanks to her help that our stay was evermore comfortable.

It is Family friendly.. The staffs are warm, they greet you every time they get to see you.. It is at he heart of the lakeside, convenient to go anywhere you want to hang around or do dinner shopping. Had a perfect stay overall and can be recommended to every kind of visitors.

Firstly the staff are very welcoming and helpful... Which is the highlight of the hotel and rooms. Rooms are bigger than most of the hotels in Pokhara, comfortable beds clean washrooms and good internet. Also the breakfast is nice and tasty. I highly recommend this hotel and will visit again.

We stayed in here for a couple of days and found the hotel to be very clean and well maintained with amazing view. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. The breakfast was really good and thoughtfully had something for people adjusting to all time zones. We had dinner here one of the night and it was delicious. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay and will consider staying here again in our next trip to Pokhara.

The owner Bhupinder Adhikari asked me too much time to give him some money for his family's education purpose. So, I gave him and he promised me to return it in a few days as he will be visiting India soon. It's been over 6 months and I have to beg him to return my money constantly, but he is neither picking up my calls nor replying to my messages. How can a hotel owner do this type of fraud with his customers? Rest assured, rooms, staff, and hotel services were good, no complaints there.
