If you are planning on going to Pokhara Hotel Chino is the place to be. The location is perfectly fitted at lakeside with the beautiful view of the lake and very much accessible to everything in and around Lakeside. The food is very good to be precise I love the breakfast they serve . I'd like to mention the staff that catered to us were very courteous and comforting 24/7 they always welcomed us with a big smile. And I'd like to especially thank the receptionists Miss Dakshina Gurung for her hospitality as she was of great help to us, thanks to her help that our stay was evermore comfortable.

I made a reservation for a double room, but I was told that I couldn't enter because the room was full, and when I told him that I wanted to stay anywhere, I was passed to the dormitory room. I didn't have a bath towel and rented it later. . I turned on the air conditioner but it didn't get warm (wind only). The hot water in the shower was about 30 degrees. I wanted you to have a service such as breakfast free because you couldn't prepare a room due to a mistake.

I've stayed at some of the world's best resorts — Four Seasons, Rosewood, Aman, and I have to say: our stay at Dorje's is up there. I highly, highly recommend it. Frankly, I didn't expect a resort of this quality for my stay in Pokhara. We stayed in a couple of the suites and were treated to a gorgeous view of Pokhara, excellent staff and service, and impeccable vibes. The staff went out of their way to organize events and gatherings for us, i.e. a bonfire and a wedding after party. They catered to every single need we had. My personal favorite was the ice bath, steam and sauna which happened to be somewhat connected to the Dorje's Suite I stayed it. This is an amenity I used daily. My heartfelt gratitude to the manager, Pramod, and Mr. Dorje for building a true oasis in every sense of the word. I hope to come back in a few years.

The hotel offers airport transfers for a fee, and I was picked up by Pasang Sherpa. He was such a kind and helpful person, sharing lots of useful information about the area, popular tours, and even details about my flight. It was a great first impression and set the tone for my stay. The free plated breakfast they provide was delicious and a good way to start the day. But honestly, the highlight of my entire stay was the view. The sight of the Himalayan range was absolutely breathtaking—I can’t even put into words how stunning it was. I spent so much time just sitting and staring at the mountains, completely in awe of their beauty. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, which made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel’s restaurant was another pleasant surprise, offering a wide variety of food options. Whether it was pizza, ramen, samgyupsal, or French fries, they had something for everyone. The mix of cuisines made it easy to find something I enjoyed. Overall, this place is perfect if you’re looking for amazing views, good food, and friendly people. I’d definitely recommend it and would love to visit again!

very nice hotel with very very helpful staff who all time smile to you , the manager feel very responsible about your comfort , the room is very big and very well design . the view from the balcony is very nice and beautiful , a pool is there with a fresh water and you can swim in every time you want . the restaurant is very well design with a variety of food which you can choose and the staff prepare it fresh i really like this accommodation and i think every one have to see it although it is far from the city but the manager arrange a transfer free of charge to and from the lake site and city one a day and also the transfer to or from airport is available thanks to all of smiley and kind staff and special thanks to the hotel owner and hotel manager do not forget to walk around the hotel to the hill near the hotel it is very pleasant
