I really like the old lady at the receptionist. We arrived in the morning with our luggage while the check-in time is after 3pm. We called the receptionist to ask about leaving them at the hotel earlier. The lady was very kind, cheerful and helpful on the phone. She even helped us to check in way earlier, at 10am. She is the reason why I instantly thought about writing the review here, which I rarely do. The room exceeded our expectations. We have our separate beds, clean and bright bathroom + toilet, kitchen with all the necessary utensils, a fridge, a stove. All the staff we met at the hotel are really professional with highest degree of caring. Highly recommended!

Hotel that does not respect the price indicated, adding in addition to the tourist tax additional costs (30€ in our case) to the initial price paid online (and it was not a quote but the invoice paid in advance, contrary to what was indicated to another family). In addition, the boiler room is very (very noisy, every morning between 7:00 and 8:00 it feels like a car alarm is ringing).

The room was fine and the service was impeccable. European hotels usually require check-in time until 2 or even 3 pm, which is obviously not as flexible and humane as domestic hotels.
