When you arrive by train it is not far away, however, there is a steep hill ahead of you. However, you can easily take a bus or taxi from the station. The location of the hotel is great and close to the city center and nice restaurants. My room was spacious and clean, however, I was missing windows, because now my windows were right to another dark room (a conference room?). Breakfast is great and has fresh orange juice etc. Service was very friendly and I would stay here again. I also liked the atmosphere and the idea of being an environmentally friendly hotel.

Had very low expectations because of all the bad reviews. However it's not that bad or I was lucky. The room was small (but it's normal for an Ibis) but fortunately there was no street noise or serious malfunctions. The room wasn't too hot although it was +30 degrees outside. The bed was comfortable. Can't comment on breakfast. It was a bit odd but nobody on the front desk spoke any English. I know I'm in France but this is an international chain hotel in a touristic city (Poitiers is very nice and underrated, by the way). One more thing - my stay cost me 25 EUR. If the price was 2-3 times higher, perhaps I would be more picky.

We were pleased that Ibis have two floors on the adjoining car park and that we benefitted from a reduced parking rate as hotel guests. It is a short hike into town but the guy on reception gave us a map and showed us the route and we enjoyed the walk. Breakfast was very good for the price and the lady managing things was lovely. The room was comfortable and more than adequate for our stay, This hotels greatest asset is its staff.

We have used PC hotels for many years as they are cheap and functional. The superior room we booked was much more comfortable, with a ”normal”, quite spacious bathroom. We had a problem with the shower, but were immediately offered a room change. Wifi not good in our room (strange that this should be so in a virtually new building with very few rooms occupied). Beer on tap, pizza and snacks available in reception, but shortage of other eating options nearby.

GGuest UserWe had an awesome stay at Clos des Moulins. The location was great - walkable to the center of Poitiers. Our room was lovely, super clean, and we were given our own parking space. Philippe, our host, was outstanding, and it is clear that he is passionate about making every guest's experience wonderful. The breakfasts that he prepared each morning were nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend Clos des Moulins for anyone staying in the Poitiers area.

MmSaraThe hotel is very clean. With a very friendly and smiled house staff, we rented 3 rooms 210 110 and 109. The 210 is very well located, clean bathroom but to refresh to have more than 🌟. The 110 with a stick but very clean. very warm also happy SB fan presence very well. The person at the reception really sympathetic because of a small tax error has gently offered to me and my children Viennan and orange juice. Thanks to the hotel for its welcome and cleanliness.

On December 29, I had to cancel a room for COVID reason and naturally asked for reimbursement .... and it was answered that the price I received was not cancelable and not refundable until 5 days before arrival Since when POWER ON POSITIVE PERSON TO BE 5 DAYS PRIOR Arrival....... and I was offered an exceptionally on 11 January a postponement PRIOR FIN FEBRUARY 2022.....

HHeldamsoHotel well for one night for 2 adults and one child. The child's bed is a junior bed so small enough in size. The toilet glass taps on the soap door that is too long, it is not adapted ...
We have a promotional offer for the dinner, 1 per child food and free child breakfast!
The receptionist is giving the child a gift bag at the arrival, it's nice.

GGuest UserThey allow dog but its important to know they are not allowed in the breakfast space, which is indeed very small. On others Ibis budget I experienced, there is usually a dedicated space or table but in this one it was too small.
This made me discover a very good bakery very close to!
