Best Hotels in Pointe Claire, Canada

Hotel location is very good, not far from the airport, surrounded by plaza, big supermarket, pharmacy, shopping is very convenient. Parking is convenient, we live on the first floor, there is a door directly to the parking lot, we will park the car at the back door, open the door and put the luggage directly on the car, do not carry luggage. When we go, it’s snowing, it’s important not to carry luggage! The room was clean, the double bed was oversized and there were six comfortable pillows. Breakfast is served with hot omelettes and bacon and waffle machine. In short, I am very satisfied.

It was so nice and everyone was so kind too! I’d recommend to visit here before the day when you depart through airport!

The shuttle drivers at the front desk of the hotel are very friendly. The room is big, the bed is big and comfortable. Let me focus on the hotel’s airport shuttle bus (because it’s not far from the airport, taxis are unwilling to pick it up, and a few foreigners who took the shuttle bus together said they went to take a taxi first, but several cars refused ), airport hotel shuttle bus: landing is at the arrival floor, and the hotel shuttle bus is at gate 8 of the departure floor, see my first picture. Take the shuttle bus process: After picking up the luggage on the arrival floor, call the hotel and tell him that you need a shuttle bus to pick you up to the hotel. The hotel will ask you for your reservation name, how many people have luggage (the shuttle bus is small, and the space is limited), and then the hotel will Tell you to wait at Gate 8 on the departure floor, and how long it will take for the shuttle bus to arrive. From the hotel to the airport: There is no shuttle bus schedule, and you can’t make an appointment in advance. Usually, you wait in the lobby in advance. If you are in a hurry, you must go down earlier. Tell the front desk that you are going to the airport, and she will help you ask the driver what time to leave. wait.

There isn't anything near here except for the airport but it was nice being close to the airport for a good night's rest before flying out. The hotel would also be good for a business trip if you have to stay in the area and have a car. It does take about 20 to 30 minutes to get to the city from this hotel. The check in was quick and the hotel smells and looks clean. The room we stayed in needed a little help as the toilet paper holder was missing it's bar, the mini fridge was missing and the screw holes were quite visible and the some towels were quite frayed and in need of some replacement. The pool and hot tub were at a good temperature and there was lots of natural light in the area. There is a bathroom nearby which you can change in and the hotels are in the pool area. The TVs are pretty new but we couldn't find anything to watch so I would recommend bringing your own HDMI adapter. The hotel could do a better job for changeover of hotel rooms as the clocks showed the wrong time and the one went off unexpectedly at 6 am. There are better options in the city but if you are just going through Montreal or need a place near the airport this is a decent option for that and there is lots of parking.

The hotel is relatively close to the airport. There are shuttle buses that run every half an hour, but the buses are small, and you may not be able to get on when you encounter more luggage. Some shuttle drivers have a bad attitude and do not check the accommodation order before getting on the bus. They just keep telling you the hotel address and ask you to check the hotel for yourself because another hotel name is similar to it. The environment of the hotel is normal. The sound of the plane passing by at night will disturb the sleep. The rooms are large, the beds are large and comfortable, and the hygiene is good. Breakfast is similar to other hotels. It ’s no problem to eat well. Of course, it ca n’t be as diverse as domestic hotels. Overall the hotel is cost effective.

Very nice hotel. Modern. Great rooms which are spacious and comfortable. Very helpful and quick check in. We had a park and go package which was very reasonable during March Break. EXCELLENT BAR and excellent service. Pls stay open later!! Cons: if you have a very early morning flight, there is no free shuttle. First shuttle doesn’t leave until after 5am. Disappointing as the website made it seem otherwise. Something to consider. Overall- easy access parking and amenities close by (Point Claire). Highly recommend.

Do yourself a favor and avoid booking this hotel at all costs. It seems as though they are at this again - I read some reviews during the Covid-19 pandemic that they would abruptly cancel reservations without making any arrangements for the impacted traveler. They have done this again - received an email March 21st advising me that they were going to cancel my reservation (16 days before arrival) as the hotel was closing due to ”Government Requisition”. This means that the hotel sales staff secured a more lucrative contract to rent out the entire hotel and the casualty is evidently to leave a few hundred guests high and dry. If you booked months out, rebooking at another property means that you will now be paying a lot more for a room at a nearby hotel. They have done absolutely nothing to make arrangements for the guests who had reservations cancelled - minimal effort, very poor!

Nice clean central location to get to lots of different places in the city. Very clean property and lots of shopping close to the hotel. Large parking lots with ample space to park. Property has a decent pool and gym. One of the best breakfast offerings I've seen yet, lots of variety.

Le Fabreville has suites for romantic gateway all with different themes. It is really fun and exciting to have a double bath in the room to relax and have some good time while enjoying a glass of wine. The bed was great and comfy. We were in the room called « La Safari » which has kind of a cage inside. These suites are definitely there for sexy time and it is perfect for it! Good size tv and electric fireplace to get the mood going :) they have all kinds of adding you can purchase to make it even more interesting. I have to mention that sometimes included breakfast are just meh. But the little breakfast spot is super cute and well I gotta day everything was really good. France, the lady taking care of the breakfast, is a sweetheart. She took care explaining the ins and outs. Pastries were actually warm! That’s rare in a continental breakfast. Eggs and sausages were a great add on where sometimes you go to much more expensive places and you have only cereals and muffins. Really pleasant experience ! Will go back and experience another theme :)

I recently spent a couple nights at the Sheraton Montreal Airport (one night stays on each end of a trip) and while the stays were good overall, I would say there's a lot of opportunity for the hotel to improve. I've stayed here many times over the years, but I haven't been in a couple years. Returning this time, I felt it was a good hotel with a lot of potential. I just got the feeling there is a lack of attention to detail in a lot of areas. The first night I stayed, there was no explanation of the dining situation. The television stated the restaurant and room service was not available. When I went down to the lobby I noticed the restaurant is in fact running. I'm not sure if room service is also open and the information was outdated. The Club lounge was also closed. They do provide soft drinks and complementary sandwiches which is a decent compromise however. There is a beautiful new fitness centre, but it was initially difficult to locate. It would have been nice that its location was explained when checking in and better signage. After walking around I finally asked a cleaner for its location and eventually found it. The machines don't seem to have television or anything hooked up to them which would be a welcome addition if possible. Overall this is a good hotel with a lot of potential. It felt like things got shut down due to Covid and just never really restarted. While other hotels have made the move back to normalcy, this one still felt like it was in transition. The staff were friendly and the facilities are clean. Some of the furniture is probably due to be replaced, but again we are talking minor improvements. I would return to this hotel, I just hope to see more things back to normal and better communication. Not having room service is a big problem.
