This place puts the Comfort in the name Comfort Inn. Our room was spacious and nice and clean! The location was perfect as it is close to downtown Rimouski. Our room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the option to drive up to our room. We were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff, especially ROGER! He was delightful. Friendly, helpful, and he had a great sense of humour. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Si l accueil a l arrivée par une jeune fille a été agréable en revanche le Check out par un homme a été des plus malaimables ; à peine un merci et un au revoir qu il a presque fallu décrocher. Les 3 nuits passées ont été ceci dit agréables. Nous avions une chambre spatieuse et bien équipée (frigo et micro ondes)qui donnait du côté du saint Laurent pour profiter de superbes couchers de soleil. .La literie était confortable. Nous n avons pas eu à nous plaindre de bruit interne ou externe. L hôtel dispose d une petite piscine ; dommage que le jacuzzi et le sauna ne fonctionnaient pas. Le prix des chambres est tout de même assez élevé surtout pour celles du côté saint Laurent. Le petit déjeuner est en supplément ; buffet bien garni. Nous avons apprécié.

Quality Inn & Suites Mont-Joli was a very comfortable stay. The Queen room we stayed in was very large and had everything we needed, including a microwave, coffee machine, and mini fridge. We were able to watch movies with a smart TV in the room. The location was right off the highway, and there was a grocery store and restaurants nearby to get food. The free breakfast in the morning was great with fresh waffles that we could make at the breakfast station. I feel that Quality Inn & Suites Mont-Joli is a really good price for what amenities they provide.
