Pool, housekeeping & maintenance staff all top notch. Front desk not so much. I booked a King room and my confirmation (which I showed them) said balcony and view. They said that I was booked in a standard King & bkz I booked third party it wasn’t their problem & I would have to straighten it out with Trip.com….wrong answer…Our room was the size of a walk in closet..it reeked of mildew and the bathroom was so small my 6’ husband had to sit sideways on the T-seat….Entry Door didn’t seal closed so flies came in.
I looked at the hotel’s own website and even what they advertise as a “standard king” isn’t anything like the room itself. So just be aware that the rooms you see pictures are not the rooms you get AT ALL. Disappointing they wouldn’t make it right.

The property itself is nice and was very convenient for our family. 3 different pools, private beach and the boardwalk is a short walk away. There were 2 things we were not happy with. The mattresses were rock hard and the sink is outside of the bathroom. Besides that, we enjoyed pur stay.

Great location but hotel needs updating
This hotel is all about location. Private beach and two pools were awesome to have and so convenient. We stayed in the building beachside near ice cream store. The entire hotel can use updating. The rooms and bathrooms are very dated especially bathroom at the pool. Our mattress was awful with springs sticking in our back. The air conditioning system does not run continuously so when it comes on, you are freezing to death even with low fan and when its not running, the room is super hot. The cafe closed 2 hours early on Friday which was very annoying. We were in town for a wedding so i am not sure i would stay here again. Expensive price for not so great accommodations.

The best thing about this property was the location.
Staff was extremely rude, couldn’t be bothered.
The room smelled musty and moldy.
Carpet in the room was shredded, the mirror fell off the wall and nearly killed me, mattress was just ok, I’ve seen pancakes thicker than the pillows, I left with a souvenir that I didn’t want…a rash over 85% of my body for days. DONOT STAY HERE.
