House is located within walking distance to over 20 restaurants and bars. Point pleasant path station is 15 minutes away walking distance. Backyard is fenced has amazing large HEATED in-ground pool with 6 feet deep end. Deck has table, chairs and grill. 4 beach chairs are included. House comes with 4 car driveway with extra spot in the back yard. 2 parking permits, 4 adult beach passes and 4 kids beach passes.
