The service was excellent! The young owners went over and beyond call of duty to help and accommodate me during my stay. I stayed for a few days and loved the room. The whole guesthouse was very interesting. The decor was great. Also, the young owners love animals and fish. This made the first floor very interesting. I am really grateful for their help in recommendations and directions. As I have said, they went out of their way to help me!

The place was clean and the service was amazing, the lady in the front desk was really nice and every time I have a question or a request, she tried her best to help me out, I really appreciate the service of the hotel.

It was clean, there was no smell, and I was satisfied with the hotel for the first time in a while.
I stayed at about four hotels nearby for one night each.
It smelled and my skin was itchy, but the bed sheets were clean and the floor seemed to be cleaned well.

The reviews of other people were all consistent and so good, so I trusted and made a reservation. I had a strange experience that the contents of the review were accurate while staying 2 nights and 3 days ^^ Haha Other reviews are very personal, some say they are good and some say they are bad. . However, Hotel Ballas had in common that the hotel level was higher than that of a hotel, and the breakfast was delicious and neat. Even if the eochimbap for two days was just toast, it was so delicious that I was looking forward to it. It's not that it's terribly delicious, but if you put a little more effort into it, it seems to make a huge difference. I'll tell you again when I'm traveling alone in a few weeks ^^

Breakfast was mediocre. Room was ok. Soundproofing was good.

Pleasant director. I went with 2 people and I booked the wrong room, but the owner of the hotel is very friendly. ☺️☺️☺️
