Honestly, when I read 3 stars and pay €100 per night for 2, I expect something different from a dilapidated 80s hotel... patches in the walls that have never been painted, a half-broken false ceiling at the entrance, curtains that not even my grandmother had at home, hole in the shutters, the terrible bathroom with the toilet that could barely be flushed... I hoped at least for breakfast, but between discount cakes made into squares and DIY coffee from the machine I ate little or nothing... what can I say, I will never go back and I will I strongly advise against it!

A lovely experience with friendly staff and a gated, secure pool. Air conditioning in the room with fresh towels and a daily cleaner. The staff were excellent. Especially Leo, who went above and beyond to help and advise. Great food with fantastic views!

Beautiful stay destination for vacation. Amazing location with breathtaking views along with clean and organized rooms and attendants who were extremely helpful. Perfect and quiet location near the city.

It was certainly a large hotel in the past, very 80s, quite large structure Spacious room but absolutely in need of renovation, I attach photographs A bit of dust around, peeling walls and very old bathroom Comfortable and cheap for one night, quite comfortable to go in Florence and close to the spa where we spent the day. The breakfast room is beautiful where there is a large window and many plants. Breakfast normal

Very pleasant establishment, decent room. The staff is very professional, smiling and dedicated. The top restaurant, everything is delicious!!! The swimming pool is beautiful and well appointed, all it needs is a parasol to be able to fully enjoy the bedroom terrace. Very good value for money.

The hotel, in general, presents itself well, with a large car park and well-kept and appreciable common areas. The rooms are "functional": they could use some updating, especially the bathroom. The rooms are probably the weak point of the hotel. Very good cleanliness. I didn't like the restaurant room: regarding the layout of the tables and the furnishings, I had the impression of being in a canteen; the dishes are good. Average breakfast for a 3 star hotel: you will find everything an Italian would expect. I believe that the location of the hotel is not particularly strategic for getting to Florence: by car it takes at least 40 - 45 minutes to get there. I don't know if it's easier with public transport. There isn't much around the hotel for the evening. Wi-fi working properly. My last words are of praise for the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, who proved to be very attentive to the customer's needs.
