Great hotel,cozy,little and warm.. Food was delicious,the receptionist very helpful and kind,everything is very clean,and the nature is breathtaking.. We are second time in this hotel,and we’ll be back again,for sure.. Greetings from Danijela,Marko ,Anika and Matej from Serbia ❤️

Beautiful cozy hotel. Very clean, the staff nice and helpful. The area is quiet. There is a bike path close that you can go to Jasna Lake. The food in the hotel restaurant was delicious. Free parking. Breakfast includes. I highly recommend for family vacation!

Clean room not big, very kind and helpful staff only thing to solve is to have hot water until late evening instead after 9 pm you find yourself with cold water. They do not understand much Italian I recommend knowing a little English.....

I stayed in this hotel with my family. The hotel looks good both externally and in the common rooms inside, a typical mountain hotel. We were assigned room 17 on the third floor. The 4-bed room was spacious but the furniture was old and poorly maintained and the bathroom was completely impractical: everything in the attic with a bathtub where it was impossible to wash standing up and without wetting everything. It also smelled bad. We notified the staff who apologized and replied that they are renovating the hotel and there are no rooms on the top floor which is why they cost less (400 euros for 2 nights!?). Maybe I would have preferred to be notified and then choose. Good à la carte breakfast. Friendly staff but in shifts there is only one person present who does everything: reception and breakfast.

It is not a boutique hotel and it is not 4 stars, but it is a normal 3 star hotel. Decent and clean, but you can see that they have not invested much in the last 10 years. The parquet was all open, with cracks of up to 1 cm. You can hear how people walk on the upper floor. I woke up 4 times during the night. The worst thing is that we found a needle between the sheets. A real needle and someone could have gotten seriously hurt. The bathroom and shower are not suitable for children. You slip. The water has no pressure and changes temperature continuously. Breakfast is ok, but the coffee is from a vending machine. The heating was low. I would not go back.

A very nice and comfortable hotel in a great area to visit the Alpine part of Slovenia and Austrian Carinthia. The room we were assigned had a blind bathroom (there are certainly better rooms) and precisely without a bidet, as often happens abroad. The breakfast is abundant with various options both savory and sweet but not a buffet.

Su booking questo albergo viene venduto a 4 stelle ma i servizio e la camera certamente non rispettano i canoni di quella categoria. La camera che ci hanno assegnato era piccola senza spazio per le valige ( le abbiamo dovute mettere sul davanzale delle finestre), senza un luogo dove appendere gli asciugamani ( abbiamo dovuto tenerli sopra il letto) inoltre un giorno li abbiamo trovati stesi ad asciugare sull'unica sedia della camera ,quella dove tutti mettono il loro abbigliamento sporco al ritorno dalle escursioni. Un giorno non ci è stata pulita la camera per una "dimenticanza della persona addetta " Senza contare che al momento di andar via ci è stato addebitata una cena malgrado non avessimo mai mangiato nel loro ristorante. Insomma sevizio PESSIMO .

Nennt sich inzwischen Boutique Hotel, ist aber ein schönerLandgasthof mit ordentlichen Zimmern und neuen Bädern. Betten ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Essen im Restaurant ausgezeichnet, Frühstück ab sehr früh morgens ebenfalls sehr reichhaltig und frisch.
