The hotel is so beautiful. It is the kind of hotel that friends would really envy. It has a very local feel and is very quiet. The service is very good.

Stayed here two nights in July. It is a little removed, down a very quiet street lined with trees. A short walk to most restaurants in the city, 10 minutes to Independence Square. The rooms are a good size and very comfortable, though the pillows on our bed were wafer thin. We used the Gym and Wellness centre, a jacuzzi, sauna and pool. Breakfast was good though not extensive. Staff were friendly. Highly Recommended.

Very nice hotel on cul de sac. Staff were professional and helpful. Set wake up call. Ordered AM taxi to airport. Helped with luggage to taxi. Lift was large enough for 2 people and 4 bags to fit with room to spare. Not always the case in boutique hotels. Rooms were nicely appointed and bathroom was very nice. Nice luggage shelf just inside room. Bed was too firm for me. Adjustable height shower head did not stay at any height above the lowest position. We’re only there one night so no opportunity for repair or new room.

Excellent facility, well located, very kind and very helpful staff. The hotel located in a walking distance from the town centre, it has excellent bar and restaurant facilities. Very good swimming pool with steam room, gym and spa. The staff in the reception and bar were very obliging and very helpful. The room very spacious, well decorated and very clean. Strongly recommended.

Very nice hotel. Great wine, good food. Comfortable room. The staff were friendly and spoke good english. The hotel was very clean. The dining area was spacious. The view from our bedroom was not very pleasant.

Stayed three nights. The premises are quite clean and impressive, however, the employees are non-responsive and very not welcoming. It started from not helping with the suitcases, continued with their inability to suggest things to do in the area, and finished with the very limited breakfast.

A charming property in central Podgorica with a very welcoming entrance. Smooth check in and a beautiful room with all amenities. Bathroom was modern, clean and stylish. The towels were a surprise, not large and plush, but adequate. Restaurant was also very nice and all staff friendly and efficient.

Superb staff, whether at the reception or the restaurant. My first time visiting Montenegro. The nature is superb, but everyone knows that. It’s the people who are among the genuinely nicest and gentlest I have met and I have been to around 75 countries. Hotel Ziya is very nice and I am glad I stayed there. The terrace is a lovely place to sit, have a drink and a meal, after a long day touring multiple sites in the country. I highly recommend it.

This boutique hotel is a beautifully designed, well appointed and decorated, perfectly clean with helpful and professional staff. It also has a spa with a nice pool, dry sauna, hot tub, and a small menu of services, i.e., massage, etc. Rooms are impecable with very comfortable beds yet small and feel a bit crowded. The rooms have a fridge that is filled with items for purchase so no room for storage and no coffee maker in the rooms. The breakfast for this level of hotel was a bit underwhelming and expensive for what it offers. The hotel offers parking which is very convenient. Overall, it was a very good experience and we enjoyed our stay.
