"The facilities and swimming pools are excellent. I only left the room cleaning more attention as a point of improvement and more staff to the restaurant. With the great number of guests it was sometimes difficult to find a clean table. But the hotel is generally very good and the restaurant is excellent."

"The hotel is very clean and organised, staff are very friendly and educated, the team is generally very requested and people work with very good will.
The breakfast is very tired, it has a variety of food and drinks.
The only negative point in my opinion is the parking that is paid the share, which has been charged $40 per day of the car parked. I found the value very expensive since even in hotels that do not have own parking, they have partnership with some parking network that leaves the cheaper cost per client."

"The hotel is a long time to check in and nothing practical.
The hotel is a very small hotel, and it is a very small hotel. I mean, if you wake up early and want to get the best sun that is the morning, you can, but nothing to get into the water before 10:00! Crazy!
The park? This is just the same!! It is: if you stay in the hotel only one day to enjoy the park, you won't be able to! Because the hotel check-in is after 16:00 and the check-out before 14:00, exactly at the time when the park is ”working” and you enter or leave.
Moreover, food is very good and drinks are good, despite the limitation of time."

We stayed 2 days and the room was not cleaned up at the hotel. The breakfast is raw, one of the daily we go down, was missing more than half an hour to close the timetable and had almost nothing more, milk, coffee, cheese, juice ... had already finished everything. And when they asked if they were to rest, they said no, because it was over, and there was still enough guest to drink coffee.
