The hotel is a long time to check in and nothing practical. The hotel is a very small hotel, and it is a very small hotel. I mean, if you wake up early and want to get the best sun that is the morning, you can, but nothing to get into the water before 10:00! Crazy! The park? This is just the same!! It is: if you stay in the hotel only one day to enjoy the park, you won't be able to! Because the hotel check-in is after 16:00 and the check-out before 14:00, exactly at the time when the park is ”working” and you enter or leave. Moreover, food is very good and drinks are good, despite the limitation of time.

The hotel is very clean and organised, staff are very friendly and educated, the team is generally very requested and people work with very good will. The breakfast is very tired, it has a variety of food and drinks. The only negative point in my opinion is the parking that is paid the share, which has been charged $40 per day of the car parked. I found the value very expensive since even in hotels that do not have own parking, they have partnership with some parking network that leaves the cheaper cost per client.

I am completely disappointed with the service. The bedrooms smell like molde and they are dirty. My husband and son that suffer with allergies had a really bad time here. You get from a long trip and the bedrooms don’t have tower, you need to ask them to send them and you wait for hours to receive them, if the cleaners get the dirty/wet towers, they don’t replace them with new ones. I got myself naked with 2 kids and no tower to dry us. There is no security, they don’t have a control who is in each bedroom. They gave me twice keycard to go inside the bedroom that already have people in there. And worse 2 of my family members had the door open overnight. And one day someone open the door when my sister in law just had come out from the shower. The food is repetitive and there is no variety for kids. And worse we find a fly inside the coconut pudim. The employees are not prepared for the amount of people in the hotel so they can’t put food quickly enough or cutlery, you often need to wait to get cutlery or food. The fridge doesn’t have water, if you want water overnight you have to walk until the restaurant to get 200 mL cups that they provide, what is really annoying when you have kids. The internet stops working often and you need to reconnect every time to be able to do something. There is a carpet between restaurant and the main building that stinks as hell. Although, the building has ramps, they are not really accessible, it is really hard moving around with the pram and I can’t imagine how would be for a person in wheelchair. The baby kitchen/room is disgusting and the sink is really dirty and clogged. In a overall you can see how bad the management is and how the employees are unprepared, Once for all it is not worth for the price that you pay.

As acomodações excelentes, aliadas a um serviço excecional e com muito carinho, tornaram a minha estadia verdadeiramente memorável. Eu e meu esposo fomos passar o dia dos Namorados e chegando em nosso quarto estava totalmente decorado com nossas fotos, bombons, velas e muito mais. Essa atenção e carinho devemos ao Gerente/amigo Daniel Machiesi. Não posso deixar de expressar todo meu agradecimento e carinho a todos colaboradores, sempre muito atenciosos e dispostos a ajudar. Simpatia e alegria é constante em todos os momentos. A localização privilegiada do hotel faz com que explorar a cidade seja muito fácil, e mal posso esperar para voltar ao Minas Garden e reencontrar à todos. Hotel incrível, a equipe de decreto infantil é maravilhosa , me deixou tranquila como mãe. A cozinheira Rose é maravilhosa e super atenciosa. Quartos maravilhosos , alimentação impecável. Bebidas servidas no bar da piscina maravilhosa, sempre bem gelada . Voltarei sem dúvidas

Hotel and good, but I didn't stay at the booked date, for health reason I tried to change the booking date 10 days before but without success I contacted hotel not achieved result, I called trip I can't talk perti a day due to the competence of the site
