Grand Laola Spa

I booked an "apartment classic" via the Laola website. There was a floor plan and a short description. 2 sleeping arrangements, 27 square meters, bathroom, kitchenette, large balcony. Naively I booked it that way. On site, the 2 beds turned out to be a rustic fold-out couch. The fact that the wall clock no longer showed the time due to the lack of a battery change, and the plug in the dishwasher was missing, were minor evils. Repeated attempts to speak to someone were blocked. The description of the apartment had meanwhile been removed from the internet. Spicy the message that the apartment does not belong to the hotel and that you are not responsible for anything. Which was never discussed before. In the battle at the overloaded breakfast buffet, I probably caught COVID. Great !!! Never again !!!

It should be a nice holiday week in August in a spacious apartment in a hotel complex with breakfast. We got a room with a bathroom, a double sofa bed made of imitation leather, a sheet was missing from the bedding, the furnishings in the kitchen were absolutely inadequate - no coffee machine, the breakfast buffet is like a canteen - coffee from the machine really doesn't taste good, sausages are already served at 8 a.m slightly funny, staff in the catering trade may only consist of unskilled workers - at breakfast, 4 young people drive through the rows with an aluminum trolley to clear the dishes, banging loudly and try to clear the stacks of plates, when I asked at the reception it turned out that this was the case Laola is not the owner of our apartment at all, but only manages it on behalf of the actual owner. No contact person so you can mess up your holiday - you won't see me here again anyway - and the advertising - particularly cheap rabbits in no case confirm - miserable quality can't be cheap at all 7 nights with breakfast 3900 zloty

Praise and especially criticism!!! For the 2 stars and Polish standards, this is really a nice, modern hotel with nice staff. However, dealing with Corona bothered me extremely. Masks were not worn by guests or employees at all or only under the nose... absolutely catastrophic. The occupancy of the buffet and the swimming pool was not checked at all, so it also happened that it was simply packed!!! Even in the evenings people celebrated and danced without masks. That's why there are only 2 stars for the location. The host, i.e. the hotel, is responsible for the health and safety of the guests, i.e. the paying guests, and the operator obviously doesn’t seem to care that much. Pity!

Well-kept hotel, clean rooms. We missed a kettle in the room ... Two minutes walk to the sea, so great. Pool issue - quite small for the size of the facility. In order to swim or sit in the jacuzzi, you had to wait until a place becomes available, it is a pity that the saunas are open only from 2 pm. Restaurant: hearty breakfasts and dinners, the variety of dishes makes everyone find something for themselves, but the lack of a coffee machine significantly lowers the level. Instant coffee poured into a bowl (sick!). We also enjoyed the Valentine's Day dinner and overall felt average. The food is tasty, but definitely not enough for the prices. In addition, the tables were arranged so that each guest had zero privacy ... We looked at each other's plates, and the music was playing so loud that it was impossible to talk quietly. We left hungry and moderately satisfied. I will add about the hotel service - the reception desk does not understand the subject of its work, they did not know that I had a reservation at all. Waitresses - young girls who do not have experience and subtlety. Constantly approaching the table and asking what it can take, seeing that we are eating calmly, is out of place. And the bowling alley service is a total mistake, the bartender is not only abusive, but his concept of alcohol and making drinks is zero. In summary, we recommend the hotel, but the service is to be replaced.

Another wonderful stay at Grand Laola. Premium apartments. Beautifully furnished. Excellent quality of equipment. Lovely bathroom. Very large balcony overlooking the sea and a quiet street. Kitchen, living room, bedroom. Good wi-fi. There is a coffee machine, microwave, kettle , washing machine, screen, deckchairs. The whole hotel in the forest. There is a swimming pool, graduation tower, bowling alley, saunas, pizzeria, good restaurant

Good morning, we went with the family for a holiday stay in a premium apartment, the stay turned out to be a total failure - no hot water during the entire stay. Vulgar and rude guy at reception no help. Texts like "nobody's keeping you here" It is not a child-friendly facility either. I do not recommend ! And we will never come back for sure!

Wir waren 10 Tage in September dort, der Hotel war sehr sauber die Angestellten waren überaus freundlich und fleißig die haben alles getan das der Gast sich wohl fühlt, das Frühstück war reichhaltig leckeren Eier Musli Obst alles was der Herz begehrt, abends im Restaurant vor 19uhr Buffet nach 19 Uhr was du möchtest war das Essen hervorragend, und die Cocktails, up side down Grant’s lecker, Danke an der Barman und alle Bedienung, euren Arbeit von morgens bis Abends hinter der Theke oder am Reception es ist uns aufgefallen Wie Treu und loyal die für den Hotel in jeder Aufgabe mit ein Lächeln uns immer bedient haben, Danke das ihr unseren Urlaub so einen schönen sonnigen erholsame Erlebnis war, Ps der Spa und Wellness war Spitze, Danke Laola Spa Ps nächstes mal nehme ich der nächste Kategorie Zimmer, 😜so das ich in Bett mit meiner Frau bin, ich habe lange nicht mehr alleine geschlafen 😴
