不是酒店，沒有大堂沒有接待沒有服務，找房間入口找了半小時，最後是保安帶我們穿過大樓裏面的一個玻璃門，用密碼開門密碼開鎖自助入住。洗手盆是塞的，找攜程協助找人維修，説第二天才可以來，後來發現下水蓋子是爛的，直接牽起來。海景是有的，窗口很小，還算是看得見海景。贊攜程，好在有 24 小時貼心服務，語言不通也沒問題👍

Dirty, oven unusable, not suitable for any body disabled. BUILDING NOISE FROM 7AM UNTIL 4PM. PLUMLOCATIONS COULD NOT CARE. Reported all issues, cleaning manager arrived confirmed oven was 25 years old, owner refused to replace. Comments on noise what do you,expect its an ongoing building site.

Excellent location right in the heat of our national heritage. Situated close to all major attractions in Plymouth, Drakes Wharf offers a number of dining options as well as some amazing view of the harbour. The room was clean, tidy and very comfortable and actually quite unique. Great value for money, I look forward to staying here again in the future. Would highly recommend.

Great location and plenty to do in and around the Royal William project. Eateries, shore-side location within easy access of all Plymouth attractions, along with a short-hop across the Tamar for Cornwall. All coastal activities literally on your doorstep.

Royal William hard in Plymouth is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed in the accommodation was spotless and our host Sharon was great and sorted out any issues we had very quickly, the location transport links and restaurants made it the perfect break away and we can't wait to go back, we chose Plumblocations to book through as they are a local business , and really go out of their way to look after there customers, Tracy and Helen Northern Ireland

Easy booking process Lovely apartment and a great location. Great communication once booked. Beds super comfortable Great shower Very well equipped with everything you could want to need for your stay. Parking description needs updating to highlight your parking options are any pay and display area (without paying for it as it’s covered in the apartment rent cost). Would highly recommend and will return. Thank you

Excellent accommodation, had all the amenities we needed. Reservations team were very helpful with every aspect. Top location with great cafes & restaurants, all within easy walking distance. Family loved it, great stay just watch out for the seagulls overhead :)
