The comfiest bed and perfect location. Lily and Charlie were very polite and professional. We went to the Plymouth pavilion and it was just across the road. The hoe have some lovely places to eat and drink and offer great sea food. Also some fab cocktail bars!

Great location for this city centre Premier Inn. Well maintained, clean with friendly staff. Can’t say the same thing about Plymouth City Centre though, which is looking grim. Special mention for the breakfast staff, Lilly and Charlie who were lovely. One main, the vending machines were almost empty, so no bottled water for us!

Excellent location, lovely staff. Room was good - tv, glasses, tea and coffee making, spare pillows, etc. breakfast was excellent - quality and service. Really friendly with the children, high chairs, good variety of food and really good value with children eating for free. Easy to walk to museum, harbour area. Parking close by - the theatre car park has lots of kids spaces and so easy to park big family car.

Was attending a family wedding in centre of Plymouth at The Box Museum. This venue allowed us to walk there if required or taxi rank just outside if required. Great for shopping if needed.

Service great… food excellent!!! Staff very polite and friendly stayed in a lot of premier inns and this one has to be the favourite by a mile! Can’t wait to stay again location is amazing! Food was very good had an evening meal with 7 of us was lovely

Excellent service and good value breakfast. Terrie and Lily were very good and helpful. They made our experience really good. They were very friendly and really helpful. They could not do enough to help us. Will definitely be going back again

We asked for early check in but were told it couldn't be guaranteed however when we turned up, our room was ready to go. Terrie and her team were excellent and really accommodating and helpful. We will definitely be back soon! Thank you for making our stay so great.

Went down to breakfast expecting a so so meal. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of food and the friendliness of the staff. Terrie, Lily & Nicola were exceptional and couldn’t do enough to help. A credit to your team. Will definitely be using again.

We stayed here when attending Live at the Argyle. The staff were brilliant beginning to end, getting our room ready early and serving us during breakfast. Thank you Nicola and Lily and the cleaning team, and a special shout out to Terrie! Thank you team
