They made me feel very welcome friendly very helpful understanding keeps the rooms very clean very professional and will do anything to help out and very understanding and always had a smile on their face and always ready to help in what need you need?

I stayed at this Hotel while my husband was in Derriford Hospital. Room was a great size with lovely bathroom. Very quiet too. All the staff were very efficient and helpful. I had to increase my staff by 3 days and the reception staff made sure I didn't have to move rooms. Would recommend

The manager Erdal is a total gentlemen the staff are excellent. I would recommend this travelodge to everyone. The hotel is immaculate, can't speak highly enough of this hotel. Although I came under difficulty circumstances the staff have been amazing!

Whilst the room was clean and fresh, the water pressure in the shower was very poor. Breakfast was in a cardboard box - my previous experience of this is that it is of a very poor quality and would not sustain me for the day. The hotel would not refund the charity that I work for the cost of the box.

The receptionist was very friendly so we had a warm welcoming. The room was nice and clean and fully renovated. We had beverages and all we needed for a good stay. The hotel has its own car park so, no problem there. A bit complicated to get to the hotel but we managed. And it was quiet which is what you need after a long drive.

Our stay at Plymouth Derriford was just what we needed for the night as we had dropped our son to Plymouth university . It was spacious , spotless , beds were so comfortable for myself and my elderly father and the price was very good , which was a relief as we had to book two rooms . The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was very easy to park . The best travel lodge we have stayed in .It prompted us to book a travel lodge in Bournemouth , which unfortunately was a very different experience, If only all Travel lodges were like this .we will definitely be back . thank you

We had a good-sized room, very comfortable and warm. There were no noise disturbances from outside or inside. The hotel is well located, outside the city centre in Plymouth, and only a few minutes from the A38 There were no problems with parking.

Basic no fills hotel in a good location, but unless you really have to be in the area it’s not worth the money. Room was dirty (mud stained towel left in room, bathroom had sink full of dirty water, blood stains etc) so unless you’ve got no other option, don’t stay here.
