Overnight with friend.
Hotel is in desperate need of upgrading.
Creaky floors, bedroom doors not really secure, rotten window frames, chairs needing reupholstered.
Very noisy along corridor paper thin walls.
Decent enough size for a twin room. Bathroom quite good size.
Cleaning could be better, dust along top of bedframe.
Food was ok nothing special.
Staff were very good.
Overall hotel is pricey for what it is, but my guess is you're paying for location!

The room is quite small, but it still has an ancient key lock, which was a bit uncomfortable at first. However, the service staff at the hotel are very nice and respond immediately to any needs. High praise!

Front desk staff was great. Adjoining bar and restaurant was average or less bartender needed to be more courteous morning breakfast wasn’t worth the price otherwise everything was

Single room clean with updated bathroom very satisfactory for solo traveler for a night. Good breakfast and dinner! I was there off-season in March and there were other guests but it wasn’t noisy at all. The walls might have been a little thin but the other guests were quiet so it was great. Mattress was firm but of good quality. Location is ideal if you don’t have a car.

The room we got was so much better than it showed on the pictures and in the description. Very spacious and so, so nice.

Was travelling for work, staff excellent and good breakfast but hotel is very noisy-a lot of noise transfer from people passing by in the corridor.
