Staff is super sweet and loving. I loved every moment. I love the people the whole atmosphere os perfect almost spiritual or definitely spiritual. I had a transformative experience. I also saw alot of care and love poured into the way the place is prepared cleaned etc. Even the builders maintenance team care and work with love. The front desk is expert I was wrong about something and they passed and superceded my wildest expectations I recommend this place for all humans and also highly recommended for members from other places °•○●♡●○•°

Fantastic place to stay right on the beach! Stayed for 4 nights but could easily stay for longer. The team were fantastic and we were very well looked after.

I would say this place is 4.5, for a 5 the rooms should be bigger. Apart from the room size the place is perfect: great location (50m from the beach, walking distance to all the shops), beautiful grounds and delicious food. Happy to recommend it to everyone staying in Plettenberg Bay.

Our stay at this hotel began promisingly with a comfortable room, friendly staff, and good food. However, this positive experience took a sharp turn when we returned to find our room door wide open, with all our valuables—electronics, passports, clothing—exposed to anyone who walked by. Given that our room was less than 10 feet from an occupied room and only 50 feet from a restaurant open to the public, this situation was both unsettling and unacceptable. I immediately went to the reception, where the initial response was that housekeeping must still be in the room. This wasn’t the case; the room was empty. Eventually, a manager arrived and explained that an unexpected electrical issue required workmen to access our room throughout the day. Despite having our contact information, the hotel had failed to notify us about this, leaving our belongings vulnerable and exposed. The manager assured us the room was supervised all day, yet we returned to find it entirely unsecured and unattended—a direct contradiction to their assurances. This incident highlighted a complete disregard for guest security. Although we received a half-hearted apology, it was clear that guest safety was not a priority. Had we not been checking out the next day, we would have left immediately. If you value the security of your belongings and peace of mind while traveling, I would strongly advise booking elsewhere.

I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Plett. This place was simply wonderful, and for reasons I don't know they upgraded our room to the large two floor room which was AMAZING! I would pay more for that room every day of the week if we go back. The location is excellent, the beach is amazing, the parking is safe and the staff were great - oh - and the food at the hotel restaurant was just splendid. I almost never eat at the hotels I stay at but the calimari was perhaps the best we've ever had - anywhere.

What a slice of paradise this place is. Firstly the setting is beautiful, staff are so nice and offer local advice which we took on board and visited a local hiking spot, and my god it was incredible. The food is so stunning, fresh and tasty, we actually had a reservation which we cancelled to eat in the bungalow on our second night of our stay. Nothing is a bother, we would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Plett. Thank you for a wonderful stay ❤️
